I had a very good experience at my local CVS everybody was helpful and polite.

Just started going to this Pharmacy. Everyone that I have talked to is very friendly and helpful. I haven't seen it under staff or busy. Also, CVS company updated the phone system which helps the pharmacist and the techs get prescriptions filled and ready for pickup.

I love my store this is my regular store that I go to the staff is very friendly they help you find things that you might cannot find on your own

This CVS never disappoints, but today, they went above and beyond. I fill all my prescriptions here, and the one I tried to pick up yesterday was almost $200 after insurance. The pharmacy tech, Bruno, has helped me more times than I can count, and I know I am going to get great service when I see him. This time, he went out of his way to get me some information that would drop the price of the script. When the card didn’t work, I called today to see if there was anything else I could do before I paid full price. I talked to three people in the pharmacy, they were all aware of my situation and every one of them was helpful and incredibly patient with me, each time I called. When I got there, I was greeted immediately, and assured someone would be right with me. They weren’t lying! At that very moment, a lady returned from her break, and offered her assistance before she even clocked back in. She knew who I was from my earlier phone calls, so she smiled and expressed that she was happy that the card finally worked for me. I was too. That coupon Bruno suggested saved me $130.
The lines do get long, and they do only have 2 people working sometimes, but every single time I’ve been there for that, the cashiers knock out those lines like nobody’s business. Sometimes, it’s me that’s holding up the line with my Extrabucks, or electric toothbrush refills that need to be unlocked, and the CSR who helps me NEVER makes me feel rushed, and I hear the customer behind me being thanked for their patience as I’m leaving. More often than not, the other person working comes jogging up to bail out their coworker when the line gets over 3 people. Patience pays, people. Be considerate.
I pass 3 CVS locations to get to this one, and will continue to do so for the reasons mentioned above, and many more. Personable, friendly staff, consistently great customer service and open 24 hours, to name a few. I hope some higher up’s see this review, or at the very least, the staff at this location get some recognition from upper management. It is well-deserved.

Tonight was very stressful for me. My 5month old baby was just released from hospital ER, diagnosed with a severe ear infection. Went to CVS to get prescriptions filled. Must have been rush hour at the Pharmacy due to all the customer filling orders. The team on tonight was awesome! They were very understanding of my needs and got my meds filled quickly so I could get home to my infant ASAP!
I so truly appreciate their hard work!

Alexandre was excellent. He noticed us talking about different lemonades and suggested Arizona tea. He then informed us of the current deals involved. Later we made a different purchase and he explained how cvs pharmacy dollars worked. We will be repeat customers to cvs (though not this location as we’re out of town) thanks to his service and explanations.

Maybe other people have had bad experiences, but personally for me this is seemingly the only pharmacy near USF that doesn't completely mess up or delay my prescription pickup. Have had no problems with them

Pharmacy and staff have always been pleasant. This store is my favorite go to for scripts and OTC.

They had everything I needed, easy to find via signage. More or less wheelchair accessible. Lousy clearance aisle. Prices are always higher than Walgreens on things I need, but they work in a pinch.

Was a little slow, BUT! A good reason. Training our young pharmacist. It's nice to see a corporation cares enough to train in stead of just hiring people. Good job CVS.

Charles and Nina are the bestttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt team ever....I love John and myrick on the midnight shift but Nina is extremely helpful and is always smiling..she helps me with sales and I mostly come on Sunday morning early so she can help me because I have coupons.....lol

No idea about all the bad experiences here. Whenever I go, staff and pharmacists are both professional and not over zealously courteous.

Charles provided eccellent customer service as I was looking for products for my son in the skin care aisle to accompany his rentin prescription.

Great service I love coming here it takes them about 3 mins to get things done and 2 minutes for me to sign and I'm out I would recommend my friends and family to come here great service can I give them a 10 star rating .... Sherry gave my family the best service ...

I love c.v.s....you have to spend money to save money but at the end of the day it's so fun and Justin and the cute lol oriental lady are so nice ...im sorry I had no name so I didn't know what to put ..awesome place ..go there and see...
