The girls that work here were absolutely amazing! They both assisted me in selecting the best work boot by measuring my feet in the fancy scanner. Then they showed me insoles for support, and I got the most comfortable socks I’ve ever tried in my life. You won’t get this treatment anywhere else.

I would like to give a shoutout to an amazing store. The staff at Red Wing - Tampa, GL did an amazing job taking care of me. I purchased a pair of boots. I was very concerned about the fit of these boots. I purchased a size that felt comfortable. After, 35 days, the boots were completely broken in. I missed the 30 day cutoff for comfort guarantee. Thus, I would could not exchange the boots for the correct size. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the store, the staff brought out the correct size and had them laced up so I could try them on. I walked around the store for 5 minutes in the correct size. I can’t complement the staff at Red Wing Tampa for addressing my concern and getting me into a proper fitting pair of boots. If you are looking for quality American Made footwear, visit this store. The exceptional customer service is well work the drive. Red Wings are now my footwear and accessories of choice. American made, quality products and exceptional customer service. These are the reasons why I am a Red Wing aficionado.
PS. I live in FL, so Red Wing now needs to make flip flops for me to wear to the beach! LOL.

I called Tampa store because I live in Bradenton and had a very bad experience in Bradenton. Thanks to the lady I spoke with on the phone in Tampa because she really went above and beyond to help me get something and then we both learned that the size I needed did not exist in the style I wanted. Thank you for trying to help me. I will make a trip to your store when I get up that way.

We went to Red Wing to look for work boots. The whole experience was great. The lady was very knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. The boots are made in the USA and they are durable and slip resistant.

The cashier Ornella at this north dale location in Tampa Florida was very helpful and professional and also very nice.

Stood on the foot measurement tool the walked back and forth across the foot pressure checker then selected 3 boots to try on and was fitted with a great insert. Here’s the big joke I spent $365 on 1 pair of boots and 1 pair of inserts. Then redwing sends me this email to complete a survey for $10 off next purchase……$10 really that’s less than 3% off my purchase. And my next purchase won’t likely be less since Redwing is pricey even the inserts were $70. Cmon $10 off???

Awesome customer service. I’ve had my boots only about two months and I brought them in to have a cut fixed. (Forgot his name) brought up a new pair and asked if I wanted try them on to make sure they still fit. I was blown away when I was offered a completely new pair of boots. And thank you for driving down from Michigan in Christmas.

My husband has been having issues with his feet. The woman working this store location was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable about every boot in store and even suggested an insole that we purchased. What a difference these insoles made. The red wing boots are already a great boot but with the suggested insole they stopped the pain in my husband’s already flat feet. If your looking for a good fit and a great boot, this is your place to go. Men and women alike . It’s nice to have a knowledge person in this capacity for a change. I recently came into this location to purchase boots with my husband and I was blown away with the customer service We received by Ornella. She was very knowledgeable, kind and made our experience in store one to remember! She helped my husband pick out the perfect boots, keep our Rambunctious toddler entertained all while helping 2 other customers as well. I highly recommend this location just because of her customer service!! There are not to many good employees out there but she is definitely top tier! She was helpful and not pushy like most sales people she let us make out selections and gave recommendations and my husband was able to purchase the prefect boot. We will make this our store of choice for all my husbands boot needs. If you stop in make sure to ask for Ornella she’s phenomenal!!

This was my first time coming into a Redwing shoes location. I was very promptly greeted, and assisted by a very helpful, polite and professional young woman. She was able to get me what I needed and out the door in a matter of minutes. They have a very wide selection of work boots and foot wear. I will definitely return when I need to get more work gear.
