I have to say my last few visits have been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they actually ask how you are doing and if you need help. The selection of merchandise has been excellent and the prices are outstanding. In my opinion this is the best JC Penney in this area.

I had to return a sweater I ordered on line. The man that waited on me was very nice.
Told me they had in stocks went and got it. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I love this story I worked there and I learned a lot with Bill, saron, Gail, Scott, Eric,don,Molly , Nissia,,,,Caitlin and some costumes too miss you all 🥰❤🙏🏻

Good store that has almost everything you need for daily clothings. Under strong competition from amzn, Pennies' prices are a lot more affordable now.

Stayed in a hotel in the area, and decided to stop by the JC Penney and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. We were able to grab quite a few items, ranging from clothing to kitchenware. Coming from Canada, it's hard to find deals because of the exchange rate but we were happy that we were able to buy some items at great deals!

Did not have what I was looking for but was directed to another store that would be able to help

Always amazing sales on the best styles that won't break your bank!!! I love when they get a new truckload and their shelves are fully stocked!!

Great Sales n Nice Clothes

Had a great stay! We stayed just one night but everything was clean and updated. They've a wonderful bar/restaurant. Staff was nice and accommodating. It's a great downtown location in the thick of everything and they do have parking ramp. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wow... Fantastic shopping experience with several ways to save money with in-store coupons and extended discounts if you use their credit card. We actually saved 45% off our entire order, putting our savings less than Amazon. They are really competitive and their employees are helpful.

Nice spring merchandise, and always a sale or discount available - at least when I've been there. Sales gal was young and very pleasant.

The staff are nice and helpful, and approachable. The dressing rooms are always clean. The prices are amazing and they usually have really good coupons. Their clearance section is usually marked way down so when I can find cute clothes or winter boots in that section I grab them immediately. Their $10 off a $25 purchase coupon works with clearance items, so it's my favorite store to shop at.

Great store, several products with a good variety and low prices.

This is where I buy all of my work and business clothing. It may only be every couple of years but i am on the down side of my working life.

It just seems like there is always some kind of a sale going on. Great selections and the quality of the clothing is always awesome.

Every time we do go through my wife can always find something for he wardrobe collection.

Kaitlyn in the salon is an awesome stylist, all cuts & colors she's amazing.

Michelle was wonderful , Great personality store only had 2 clerks on and this store is high she stayed happy and very helpful . We need more people like her retail isn't easy and during covid it can be stressful 😒 High five to Michelle ❤

Went for Gold Toe brand socks and saw the summer stuff out in March but, will return again soon. They have top quality clothes and items slightly higher than Walmart but your paying for quality that lasts longer.

Always clean, well lit. Each department well defined.
Helpful and visible associates, didn't feel like you had to "find" somebody.
Love the sale prices, coupons and additional discounts.
Quality and selection of merchandise above average, keep your receipt for easy and accurate refunds, returns.
Having appliances gives JCP one more advantage over other deptartment stores.
Online purchases easy to pick up.
Great place to shop.
