She pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for, and was incredibly patient with us, as we changed our minds pretty often. Even 2 hours after closing, she still gave us the help we needed without feeling that she was pushing us out. I cannot express my gratitude enough. He helped me to pick out an amazing mattress that would help me with my lower back problems while offering me a great deal as well as financing so I can finally get something comfortable. Daniel did an excellent job as a salesman.
His customer service skills were par none. He made us feel welcomed from the get go, he made himself available and visible without crowding us, and he showed he had in depth knowledge of the products, policies, and services the store had available for us. So much that my wife felt comfortable buying on the spot, which is something she normally does not do (especially when it comes to furniture!). On a 0-10 scale I give him a 20!

Omar assisted me in my shopping experience and made it such a breeze. He set the proper expectations on Direct ship item turnaround time, the no return policy, as well as if an item is damaged an attempt for repair by certified technicians will take place if not item will be replaced. Being upfront on all the answers assisted in the transparency and reality of what to expect. Delivery went well and all items were in tact and up to standards

Went to Ashley today to purchase a sectional living room set. Omar Karzoun was our first contact and helped us and was amazing.
