Great staff and extremely clean. Prices are very low, compared to competitors. There was never a question unasked!! Plus if you're a dancer, bartender or any type of entertainer you get a 15% discount on all of the clothes. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

I really needed some lingerie for my honeymoon next week and had looked everywhere for decently priced but classy lingerie. This place had so many choices and styles for much less than department stores. The staff was extremely helpful and the atmosphere was very enjoyable! I will definitely be back!

Not sure why this store has a low rating. It’s my fav adult store in the Tampa area. Best outfits!! I always leave with at least 4-5 outfits I love. They have sexy lingerie

Have been going here for years, BUT haven't been there the past year and a half (Covid-19). I WAS there about 3-4 weeks ago. So good to be back‼

Love the selection of clothing at this store, and the staff members have been wonderful, but the manager Michelle is very rude and because of the experience I had today with her being condescending and dismissive towards me, I will not be returning here or giving them my business any longer.

I had come into the store to do some shopping a few weeks ago. I am assuming it was the store manager there and was another associate working. The way the manager was talking down to the other associate and disrespecting her was terrible. It was very unprofessional. That kind of thing should have been talked about in private.
Then when I came up to check out, she had major attitude towards me. She definitely has poor customer service and something should be done about it. That is one way of loosing customers. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have. I won't be going back to that store.

Customer service was horrible. The associate had no product knowledge and was extremely rude. I asked her about an item and she told me to read the box because there was no info on the packaging. She was completely clueless. I’ve shopped here for years; way before it was called Cirillas, but I will not be returning. SN: she’s basically a cashier she should go to Walmart if she doesn’t want to interact with customers. She also looked like she had just rolled out of bed.

Prices are cool , the girl at the register with the lip ring was rude though for no reason but nice to my friend .

It’s 1/11/23 and it’s 11AM. Myself and the UPS driver are standing outside and it’s closed. There hours said they open at 10Am I drive 45 minutes to get here, I feel bad for the driver who had to reload everything back in his truck. I waited some more and people kept showing up disappointed ☹

went in to buy a few things for my husband and I and was stopped because i have my toddler with me. Married people with kids too need things it's ridiculous
