Great experience. The staff was great and Michael who assisted me was friendly and very patient. This is now my go-to location.

My phone decided to take an unplanned trip to the ground while traveling. I stopped in to this location to get it sorted out, and Nicole was able to help me right away. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me with what I needed.

Jacsemy was super nice, and professional, and answered all my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location.

Had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store. Came they signed me up for service. Gave me all my info and I walked out with the phone I wanted. Will def come back when ever I need anything wireless related.

The customer service is so amazing! I forgot to ask for the girls name but she was arab! But her and Alex were so so sweet. And very helpful and they were being so passionate. And they saw I was having a hard time and were making me laugh the whole time. They’re so personable. And they just really fixed my issue with my phone and made my day. T-Mobile is lucky to have them 👌🏻

Staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable! They helped to set up my new phone and find one that best fit me. I wanted a phone with no frills and they didn't try to upsell me at all. Love that they have a payment plan for the phones - easily added on the monthly bill.

This is a review of this location NOT of T-Mobile as a company: Justo and Natasha are awesome. They don't feel like sales people at all. They just genuinely want to help you with whatever you need and are very knowledgeable and upfront with information. I've been in this location multiple times and I always have a good experience.

Justo Figuereo provided exemplary customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the different promotions and plans. His professionalism and outgoing personality was well appreciated by my daughter and I. We truly enjoyed our experience!

From the time me and my mom walked in the store very pleasant. Justo helped my mom with upgrading her phone not only was he very patient but explained everything to her. Great customer service.

Talk about great service. I walked in, told Natasha exactly what I needed, within 20 to 30 minutes I was out. She was knowledgeable about what was needed and made it quick and painless. This is the T-Mobile to go to.

I called before coming in and spoke to Josh Perez he was very helpful, so I decided to come in to the store to upgrade my phone. Josh also helped me once I got there. Fantastic customer service, he knew what he was talking about and was very personable. I’ll make sure to use this location from now on.

Customer service here was great. I came to upgrade my phone they had the phone and color I wanted. The environment was upbeat. Had a great time getting my new phone. Super happy with it as well!!!

this is my favorite location im not sure about the bad reviews i never had a problem there. very nice people that work there, and helpful.

Really quick, I enjoyed having the pickup option so I could get in and out. They had my order ready quickly the same day I ordered it.
