My friend and I embarked on a vacation to Florida, a journey that, at 70 years old, marked the longest trip of my life. Before departing from Michigan, I meticulously ensured that everything was in order with my car. However, upon our arrival in Florida, greeted by scorching temperatures in the 80s, we were met with a sudden realization - the air conditioning was malfunctioning. At our age, air conditioning becomes not just a luxury but a necessity. We sought assistance at an auto repair store, only to be quoted a staggering sum of over $400 for the repair. Feeling somewhat overwhelmed in an unfamiliar location, we began to feel disheartened by the prospect of such an expense.

But then, like a beacon of hope, we stumbled upon your store. There, a true gentleman extended his hand in assistance. He not only diagnosed the issue, identifying that the car was out of Freon, but he also promptly refilled it, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. His kindness and expertise not only resolved our car trouble but also saved what could have been a disastrous turn for our vacation.

We cannot express enough gratitude for his exceptional service. He truly went above and beyond, turning what could have been a stressful setback into a heartwarming reminder of the kindness of strangers. Our vacation was salvaged, thanks to his invaluable help.

Never thought I would find a friend at a random place at a random time. John has always gone the extra mile to make us feel like family and has always put the priority of having an amazing experience first. He always problem solves, helps us, and treats us with love and respect. The best employee i have ever met anywhere, ever before. We have become loyal customers to this franchise because of John, he is certainly an invaluable person.

I came in to get a new battery for my 2018 white Mercedes C300 and Bill V was awesome. He double checked to make sure the battery would be fine for my type of car, installed it and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Excellent! I have taken several cars here for batteries and it’s ALWAYS been a good experience!

My blinker went out and I was fully prepared with you tube videos to get the job done….single mom strong!!! John H. made my life much easier and I truly feel blessed to have run into him at this store! He was a great help and provided great service and good conversation

Went with my stepdaughter, to test her recently flat battery...Jose helped us, what a great employee! He was pleasant, courteous, informative... he gave us clear feedback from the diagnostic device... an all-round pleasant experience, when we were in a stressful situation. Because right before closing I stroll in to get a headlight that I didn’t know which one was blown out (low or high beam) and Matthew J knew exactly what bulb I needed and replaced it.

Matt was the greatest!! I was having starter issues with my 2011 Honda and he did a diagnostic for me and was able to figure out exact what I needed to get checked out! He helped me a lot!! Ask for Matt and he will take great care of you!

This is not my first time at the AutoZone for my car problems but every time i do go, i am greeted with not only exceptional but friendly and amazing customers service from John H. This specific man has helped me with multiple issues in my Chevy Express Van and has really pointed me in the right direction time after time. This may seem like something that is normal for any worker but John H goes above and beyond by connecting with the customer and really driving that customer service aspect and has amazing insight on all components of the auto industry!

HUGE shoutout to miss Joannys. She was able to find my part quickly and efficiently I went to pay for the socket set in the picture below, handed her a 20 and she let me know I had $20 in rewards points! Got me a socket set for “free” and made my day. Love this store, they are the “autozone superstore” only store in the area that Carrie’s parts for my Subaru and my fiancés Mazda. Love this store will be coming back.

I went to this AutoZone store on Thursday, 2/29, needing a new battery. John H. assisted me in an extremely professional manner and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that all of the issues with my Toyota were addressed. I will recommend this store to all of my Florida acquaintances.

A PERFECT customer service experience here today when Billy helped us with our headlights that weren't working. We thought we had a bad relay and bought a new one, but they still didn't work after the swap. Billy determined both the bulbs themselves were burned out and he helped us replace them. He had great patience with us. So helpful. Thank you!

You saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to look up the information you provided and fix my car myself. We thought it could be the fuel injector, but with the trouble shooting and videos I watched it ended up being the coil. Replaced it myself. My car is running great now. Thank you again

I went inside for a new battery, John first tested to make sure that was the issue, and it was. He then gave me warranty options on a new battery. I purchased a new battery with a 1 year warranty. John removed my old one and installed my new. Very nice, helpful and above and beyond. I highly recommend AutoZone they do know what they are doing. Thank you John!

Ask for Justin. The guy doesn't waste anytime and is cool as a cucumber. Despite the on coming rain Justin switched out the battery in our Bronco Sport and got us out of there. It was one of those new design deals which can make changing the battery more difficult than necessary but, who am I?
