Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Just stopped in to pick up tough up paint for our new build. Martha was our salesperson she was amazing. Once we told her our development and builder she was able to get exactly what we needed. She was knowledgeable, sweet and quick. We would definitely go back for all our painting needs.

Fred was amazing. Matched a color for me using a very small chip. Adjusted the formula and got perfect results!!!

I didn’t plan to use this store but got messed up on which Sherwin Williams store my contractor wanted me to go. The staff here helped me figure out paint I needed by calling other store. They also took load to car. And they worked hard to get my supplies and paint together.

Staff was extremely helpful with a complicated paint job. It came out perfect!

We were at this store to purchase a car on a Saturday evening. Kara from the Sanford location was at FM to help out. From the moment she saw us waiting to be taken care of she bolted right over, got us to the car we wanted to see and test drove it with us. She answered EVERY question and was vary knowledgeable. Seemed like she could have been running the place. She kept our progress moving quickly along and was genuinely excited for us to have the car we needed. What an intelligent, eager, competent and thorough employee she is. An absolute asset to whatever facility she is working at. It was a pleasure working with her- we are hard to impress but she absolutely wowed us!! If I had a business I would go to great lengths to get her on MY team!! Thanks, Kara, for making our experience so perfect!

Manny helped me find a navy blue paint for an accent wall in my kitchen. There are quite a few Navy blue paints out there! He was kind and patient. This was really nice of him because they were getting ready to close for hurricane Ian! He never hurried me, even updated my information, never told me they were closing very soon - I was the last customer in the store around noon on Tuesday 9/27. I didn't feel rushed. I asked my questions and purchased some paint. We said our goodbyes then he asked an associate in the store to start closing. I was amazed. These days in other places I'd be pushed to the door, but Manny helped me, answered questions and I had no idea they were going to close. Kudos Manny for great customer service.

I needed a paint match for some touch-up work in my home. The quart that I bought from Lowe’s was too light, and it left bright splotches on my walls. I took the same paint chip to this SW store, and Jose helped me. The paint he mixed for me is PERFECT. You can’t even tell that I am completely inept at hanging artwork—my many mistake holes are spackled and painted the same color as the wall, now. Hallelujah. I am so relieved that I won’t have to repaint my entire room. Lol. (For the record, I carved a ~1”x1” square of paint from an area of the wall behind a framed piece of artwork for the match. Jose recommended that, in the future, a 2“x2“ piece would be more helpful for checking the match, in-store, after the initial mix is done.

SW has great products that other conveniently located paint options cannot match at any price level.. I've unfortunately tried them all.

The customer service is awesome, they answer questions, provide suggestions about products and techniques not to upsell you but to make sure you get what works best for your needs and budget. It's one of the few businesses I've used locations all over and remains consistent.

After owning a few homes over the years, and lots of painting adventures, I realized that paying a little more for paint gets a lot better quality. This was the number one reason I decided to give Sherwin-Williams a try. Since this review is about the store and not the paint, let me just say that the store is the reason why I continue to buy Shewin-Williams...the staff is always extremely easy to work with, friendly and makes you feel welcome. I have never had a bad encounter in this store. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Something that can be rare in a city where everyone is from somewhere else! Keep up the great work...both Sherwin-Williams and their stores!!!

During pandemic have to order online and go to store once they send confirmation of paint ready to be picked up. No one allowed in store so you call from the parking lot and they bring out paint. Always have great experience with SW paints and have had numerous projects completed using these paints. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I really appreciated the help and ideas I got from the salesman. He suggested ways I could make my project interesting. Then, he suggested I take home a small amount of pain in the color I had chosen to try on my walls. I'm so glad I did that. I realized that my first choice was much darker than I would have liked. Later, I was able to call ahead to have him mix my final choice so that I could just stop in, pay and go. Very pleasant experience

Helpful and knowledgeable. I'm getting ready to paint kitchen cabinets and knowing that a good result will depend on the right primer and top coat, I went to Sherwin williams to get the best advice. They knew exactly what i needed.

I would like to give a kudos to John with Sherwin Williams on S Cleveland. I was trying to match paint from a small chip and he went over and above to help. Even though the store was super busy he kept at it trying to make it work. I had previously purchased a paint that due to my own mistake wasn’t the right color. Thanks Sherwin Williams- you have a great team of guys.
