Three in our family, we walked in and were greeted with friendly personnel! All of us were able to upgrade with the most accomplished employee, Ray. Extremely knowledgeable, smart and quick, which is reassuring to a customer. We were at the Eastvale location on a mid Sunday afternoon. Very happy with customer service. Way to go Ray!

Zee was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and took the stress out of the whole process by doing her due diligence when an issue arose to keep my same number. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the help she gave me from start to finish. She is the definition of great customer service. She needs a raise!! Thank you so much Zee!

This is why I continue to be part of AT&Ts network. Albert helped My family & I in two different occasions. We were having issues with my wife’s SIM card & he was able to fix it. Second I was curious about getting two more lines on my account & he was so patient to give us a break down. Thank you again Albert for all your help!

I just experienced outstanding customer service from a professional, helpful, concerned, and kind young man named Nick. I had a problem with my cell phone and didn’t go in to purchase anything yet, I was valued and helped. This young man was also helping others in the process so, I personally saw that he has excellent multi tasking skills. I hope this company knows that they have an amazing employee with awesome management skills. Thank you for all your help Nick. Great experience here. Marjorie was amazing and made the entire process easy and painless. She went above and beyond to help me and my boys get upgraded and make sure we were on the best plan for us. Best customer service at an ATT store I have ever had.

Myles provides exceptional customer service on every visit. I've recently been to this store on 4 separate occasions, and Myles continuously goes above and beyond, is professional and calm in demeanor and most importantly, gets the job done! On two occasions I walked in 10 - 15 min prior to closing. While other employees were dashing out right at 9pm, or literally telling me mid transaction that they are off-shift, Myles has taken care of me every time. Even after closing, he asked if I needed anything else. I'm not always happy with ATT but in talking with someone with such great customer service, I feel better about the transaction. I could not let this great service go without appreciation. If Myles is not the store manager, he should be.

Great Customer Service, Myles really seeked the customer. Helped a lot in upgrading my phone and my siblings’ phones. He looked for any available discounts when we purchase screen protectors and cases with the phones and installed the screens without bubbles. Great guy!

The specialists here go above and beyond to repair and assist your individual needs, which were often crippled by the service you received previously through corporate phone numbers. One of the customer service persons in this store, Spencer, has always been very helpful and accomodating. He goes out of his way to answer questions and resolve issues in a very helpful and friendly manner. He is the best at his job and customers like me truly appreciate his outstanding customer service! Businesses should have more people like Spencer!

Another AT&T store really did a number on my grandmother's service plan. It was really bad. She was trying to cancel a service and reduce her expenses, but instead, they created multiple new accounts under her name and charged her for multiple "one time installation" fees under each new account. She was only supposed to have one account, but for some reason, they had created three accounts all under different names. If it wasn't for Travis (the Store Manager at this location), then we would still be dealing with this mess. Even though this disaster was caused by a different AT&T store, Travis took control of the situation and worked with me personally for weeks to undo what were at least 6 months worth of mistakes. It's safe to say that if you end up doing business at this store, you'll be in good hands as long as Travis is there. He went above and beyond for us, and for that I am grateful. We are very pleased with our service. Thank you Travis for everything that you've done, we both appreciate all of your time and hard work.

Naz is the go to girl. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Awesome sweet girl. I waited in my car for about 5 minutes hesitant to go in & to start new service sine sprint screwed me over . Finally went in & immediately she helped me tremendously with my new service & found the best deal with the right plan.
