Short visit but great experience!

It was a quick visit just to get some heels for a special occasion. I was behind one person in line and watched how the cashier interacted with that person. Then when it was my turn the same cashier, Laura Lee , went above and beyond for me like she did for the person before me. She was so genuine and actually had a real conversation with me and made me feel good about my purchase. Not enough companies focus on customer service these days but boy does it make a difference.

I never write reviews but Laura was such a good employee I felt I needed to recognize her!

Went in a couple days ago to browse some shoes, store was clean and had plenty of merchandise.
Ended up working with Laura Lee who was awesome! Super friendly and made me very comfortable with the buying decision, even going as far as taking the shoe over to the window to make sure they looked good in direct sunlight. Seriously can not say enough good things about my visit at the store, thanks Laura!

You can find the type of shoe you want easily because of the way they display footware. I never encountered staff while looking for shoes, just at checkout, and she was very nice. One customer was mean because I accidently stepped in her space but that's not the store's fault. I prayed for the customer and hope she becomes more content.

Why would I go to high-priced name brand stores, when I can get the exact same shoes for almost half the price at DSW???? That's just plain stupid!!!!

I had a great experience here. They didnt have my size in the shoe I wanted. Laura Lee was a huge help she called down to another store and put them on hold on for me so I could go and pick them up! Made it super easy! Thanks for your help!

Can always find what I'm looking for here they have a great selection and a massive sale section as well. You can get help quickly if you need it but no one hounds you, which I like.
