Very nice store. Friendly staff and very helpful. They let you shop without being all over you. Good job you guys. Very clean and organized store. I like that they have the curved monitor for gamers.

Best Buy is always fun to explore, but I’ve gained a big appreciation for the geek squad recently! They helped her retrieve some family files off of my grandmother‘s computer after she passed away. There was some kind of malware installed, and none of us could get on. They really saved us, and I am forever grateful! Shout out to Ryan for excellent communication and follow up while they were working.

Jason, you may not make commission but your service deserves it! Sold me thousands of dollars of epic photo equipment for the best prices I’ve seen. Best customer service I’ve experienced in my life at Best Buy. Time to give this good man a raise

Looks and Feels like all the other Best Buys. Clean, well organized, and easy to shop. I had this Best Buy come out and install a TV mount on the wall and also went in to buy a TV antenna. They were very friendly, professional, and most of all helpful.

I use Best Buy for many important purchases and am happy to come to this location to do just that.

We had to buy a new tv and a new refrigerator within the last three months. Both purchased at this location, and both experiences were great. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products, and the service was above anything you get at almost any major retail store. Highly recommend this location.

We had an old surround sound system that needed to be replaced. We purchased the Sonos sound bar system from them. The Geek Squad installed it quickly and efficiently. They made sure that I understood how it worked and that I was satisfied before they left. The system is fantastic. It sounds like we are at the movie theater. Highly recommend.

I’ve visited this location on several occasions. Most recently, I went in to buy an Apple Watch and gifts for my wife’s birthday. The gentleman that helped me provided some of the best customer service I have ever received at Best Buy. He was knowledgeable about the products and quickly helped me make an informed decision.

Love this location! I stopped in late on Dec 20th Grabbing a last-minute Christmas gift for my husband, and the greeter/security in the front was very kind and helpful! (I feel bad I did not catch his name) and then Miles quickly helped me find the apple watch i needed making my shopping so easy. I can’t rave enough about the great customer service and will definitely come back for future purchases!! Thank you both so much

I had an excellent experience. I ordered a gift online. They messaged me when it was ready. I bypassed the holiday crowds and lines. I was in and out to pick it up within minutes. It was easy.

We had 2 fantastic experiences here. We had the same sales guy twice. I hate that I can't remember his name because he was so knowledgeable and very helpful. We appreciate it because we would have bought the wrong TV! Very happy.

I took my cell phone where I bought it. T-Mobile for like $700 and I think I've had it this coming November a year but they sent me to Best buy to the geek squad for $40. It's what they call a quick fix. I had all these women trying to see if I needed
a date. I'd love one but no one likes to be played if you get my drift....

Always have had good customer service at this location. Went in to buy a TV and ps5- both in stock and had a very lovely man help us checkout quickly. Had to have the TV delivered- also was done quickly and they called when they knew we were the next stop. Would recommend to anyone

Awesome service by employees and managers. Very friendly, suggested add ons we would have forgot. Very refreshing after previous visit to Loveland Co location where we made tv and other purchases and 4 employees were standing around talking and would not help us even load out purchases despite my having my service dog and 63yr old husband who has had prior quadruple heart bypass surgery. They simply stood up front talking, telling me they called for someone to help me load. Then watched as we pulled vehicle up and struggled to load ourselves. No offer of help! I was very angry and went back in and asked for mgr and was given a card with store number to call. No calls returned or emails by store mgr. No surprise his employees act way they do!
I will never return to Loveland, CO Best Buy to purchase anything. Best Buy Ft Collins, CO team renewed my faith and trust in Best Buy with their excellent customer service. Was truly refreshing shopping experience with them. Will return when buy our new home. Loveland mgmt should come train with Ft Collins to see how it should be done!

Came in and found a good deal on an open box TV. I was surprised at how easy it was to find open box products. I thought you could only find them online. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Sebastian for his kindness, his helpful attitude and great personality. He is a total GEM! As long as we see him there, we will almost certainly be back. We didn't catch the manger's name, but he was also amazing. We came in on Saturday the 2nd around 6:00 and rec the greatest service! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in Best Buy.

Had a very nice experience at Best Buy in Fort Collins CO replacing the antenna for the XM radio in my husband's Transit. He did the leg work ahead of time, made the appt & purchased the new antenna. I was early, but the young woman in the installation building took me right in, was pleasant, professional & helpful. She had it properly installed & working well by the time I walked back from the nearby Starbucks.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air from Isaac in the computer department. He was very knowledgeable about the Apple products and had excellent customer service skills. Phenomenal associate, I will be back with any other computer related questions for him. However, I felt a little misled about the My Best Buy Total Rewards and how it differs from Apple Care. It is extremely misleading and deceptive on Best Buy's part to only have Apple Care included up until the day you cancel your membership (in fine print). It just feels like Best Buy is pushing their rewards program for a $180 cash grab, (that is a recurring subscription service), when in all reality Apple Care is what I needed and wanted. I will just go to Apple directly in the future. However, I went back into the store and the manager and customer service team helped me solve the problem and refunded me/cancelled the membership. Thank you!

I saw an ad for Tvs and called the Loveland store and they were sold out so I asked him if he could check with the Ft Collins store he said yes and they had 14 of the one I wanted so I went there and was immediately helped and purchased it which took maybe15.minutes and was headed back home 🏡 and hooked it up it's a great Tv has an
