Starbucks

From beginning to end, one of the better experiences I've had with the company lately. Keep in mind, I drive a lot, and visit daily and and love my white chocolate moca done right!

This Starbucks is my home away from home!! This location puts the other ones to shame. Truly, I can't express how wonderful the staff is, and how they often put a smile on my face on the toughest of days! Morgan and Emily are superstars and always go above and beyond to make sure I'm well taken care of. I feel like we would be friends outside of Starbucks because that is how genuine they are. I usually get a Venti Iced Chai with a shot or a Venti Caramel Macchiato with cold foam. Whatever I get, its always made right and in a timely manner. I usually go in to work on stuff on my laptop, but when I need to hit the drive through for a quick coffee they always have my back. 5 mins tops to get through the drive through. The only other drive thru location in town (College and Stover) is a drive-thru nightmare and a minimum of 15-20 minutes to get through the line, especially since COVID. I would gladly drive to this location if I lived elsewhere, but it happens to be in my neighborhood which is even better. So glad I discovered this location and has been a regular spot for me. I feel they're doing the best job they could possibly be doing with COVID safety precautions. From the bottom of my heart, thanks for all you do <3

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks, these employees graduated top of their class from Starbucks university. Every time I go my drink is exceptional especially my matchas. I will always drive the extra mile to get me drinks here.

Thank you to on shift manager Lindsay for hooking up the order for the kale and mushroom egg bites. Great customer service during a busy rush. Appreciate you girl 🙌🏽

Today was my birthday and the two baristas made my day wishing me a happy birthday, going above and beyond with patience and kindess when my app was not working and being slow. I wish I would have gotten their names I forgot them :( , but I really appreciate you and y'all going out of your way to make my birthday and Starbucks experience extra special ❤.

They are fantastic! We love the staff! I work for a local dentist that is (I'm not kidding) 50 feet away from this location. Prime place to work, huh?! I try to limit myself to an every Friday treat but the temptation gets to me. lol. The staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile, the cafe is clean, and they are rarely out of stock on items (Cold brew has been more frequently, but I am summing it up to it being amazing and everyone wanting it!) Thanks for all the hard work!

The angels who worked at this establishment during COVID deserve raises and praises. The staff was and still is amazing, patient and pleasant. They are the unsung heroes and (s)heros for keeping people going during COVID and beyond. This particular establishment is always busy, because they have a drive thru, and the staff comes together to get the lines knocked out. I do love when I come through the drive thru one or two of the members know it’s me & my order before I even order! I would recommend and return.

I walked in your store this morning and felt like I was on Cheers...that was awesome. Shout out to Lindsey for running such a great store and having a fantastic crew.

I pulled up at9:02. I knew they closed at9 but I took my chances. The automated voice came on to tell me they were closed, then one of the workers came on and said we're actually not closed yet, what can I get for you. So I told him and pulled up and the woman noticed I had my reflective vest on and asked if I was just getting off or heading to work. I told her I was going to work and she went and got a slice of banana bread and said this is our last piece, you're welcome to it, free of charge if you like. I said of course and thanked her. I was there after their closing time, they very easily could have just let me go, but they didn't, and not only that but they were so very nice! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I got a perfect coffee following the suggestions that the girl who served me gave to me.
I need to memorize the specifics details for next time.

Everyone at this Starbucks are so genuinely nice and friendly! I always leave in a much better mood than I came in, I really appreciate everything the staff is doing to brighten customer's days. It doesn't go unnoticed!

they are fantastic i've never had a better experience. i had a gift card with a dollar something on it and $3.75 in change a different starbucks had a dollar off on any drinks so i planned on exactly what i had on me they didn't end up having the dollar off and when i asked her to switch it to a grande from a trenta she said that she was going to leave it at a trenta and let me keep the change i had. once i got my drink i went to the bathroom and set my drink on the back of the toilet and i bumped it with my elbow and it spilt everywhere i got up quickly and cleaned up some of it and went out and told them that i had spilt it and they remade my drink for free. thank you guys so much i appreciate it more than you could ever know.

Great place to sip coffee, sit and relax, and read a great book! Everything was so sparkling clean. My order was made to perfection and made with love.

I love this Starbucks inpaticular. There is one lady, who when I bring my 5 year old in with me makes her smile every time. That's what I strive for. You gotta make me smile before my coffee! So when my little one smiles, I smile...you have ace'd your job! <3
