Nordstrom Rack

This is one of the only local stores I continuously shop at, in person. They have such great deals on everything in the store. There is just as much variety as shopping in a Nordstrom department store, but the store is open and bright, organized and a joy to shop at. I always find business casual outfits for work and I LOVE THE SHOE DEPARTMENT/Section. I come here to look for shoes before anywhere else. Most all of my other shopping is done online. I prefer the convenience and the access to a huge selection of items, that may only be in the warehouse. So I do shop at Nordstrom Rack online and in person!! Good return policy that I’ve only used once and it was seamless and quick. LOVE the Rack!!

He is the most wonderful assistant manager. It was extremely helpful and resolved my issues quickly.

Staff was friendly busy as usual. So be patient waiting. They do a great job. Highly recommend.

I went a few days ago and picked up 3 pairs of shoes none of which were over 60 bucks each. All brand new. I picked up a pair of new Nike, a pair of new chuck Taylors and also a pair of house slippers. I normally go there for my converse Allstars but these guys have the best selection of shoes for a really good and discounted price!

Loved the variety and price lines. Could find outfits, blazers, coats and accessories!

This place is always clean and smells nice! Plus I love how organized this store is. The staff work really hard to put everything back in the right spot so it's easy for you to find. Love the unique things that I can find here for a good price!

Awesome stuff love the store

I have been on nordstrom for years… I go to all of them in colorado. I live in Denver. Today , Camden walks an extra mile to help me. Very patient, went and got cases for my 8 sunglasses or more. I wish i can tip him. Keep it up Camden. You will go far!

Ruth Caun was absolutely incredible. I had asked one employee for some help finding the right size shoe and he was not helpful at all. He wouldn't even help me find someone who would know how to help me and then I found Ruth. Ruth went above and beyond helping me find the shoes I was looking for and even giving me get a discount. She was a delight to talk with and went the extra mile making sure I found exactly what I wanted. She needs to be award employee of the month. She was so incredibly helpful.

This store is well organized and always clean. The prices are very reasonable and their clearance racks have some amazing deals. Huge selection of purses, friendly staff, dressing rooms, and a decent return policy.

If you have patience and don't have a immediate need for a specific item, Rack is awesome. The real secret about getting your best deals here is timing and clearance racks. If you shop mid season there will be a mixture of previous season and last year's stuff on clearance. Remember, Rack is already discounted up to 70%. When a item reaches the clearance racks the already reduced price tag gets cut in in half to start, and reduces more if it doesn't sell. I have made some ridiculously priced fabulous buys! There is one caution. I went to buy shorts in May. obviously there weren't any on clearance. The clearance was very lean (purposely) and mostly coats and sweaters. I bet by June, all the other clothes will be back on the racks.

Best customer service ever. A huge shout out to the store employees at checkout. They are wonderful-saving my wallet for me. I’m not sure if I would have been so lucky anywhere else.

This store is absolutely amazing. They have amazing discounts and the staff always make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend for discounted shoes, especially.

Serves its purpose as an outlet store quite well. Definitely worth dropping in if you want to save a few dollars. Essentially, you're getting better prices but less variety. I was able to get a nice messenger tote for much cheaper than anywhere else that has comparable quality.

Nordstrom Rack is a great addition to the Fort Collins shopping scene. They carry a great selection of clothes and shoes for pretty great prices. It's also really nice that they carry clothes sized for normal sized men...I used to shop at Express, and everything they carry runs small on me, and is usually cut slim fit, even if it doesn't say so. Nordstrom carries clothes that actually fit well and are high quality and cheaper than Express. Definitely a good place to do some clothes and shoe shopping, especially if you've got a lady in your life because she'll enjoy it. I know my wife does!

Decent place to show you can find some really good deals if you look.

I personally abhor shopping, but the employees here clearly like their job and have excellent customer service. This was the first time in a long while that I enjoyed a clothes shopping expedition; thank you Nordstrom Rack!
