Today Nico helped me get my speaker working on my phone. Also set me up with Netflix and HBO for a very low cost! Highly recommend to stop by and get your account checked out. Nico was great at setting everything up for me. Thank you for being a assistance!

When i tell you, look no further than this location! Believe me! Nico was phenomenal he was able to pre-order my device and have it shipped to me over 1500 miles away with no issues. When i went to trade in my device the store rep in Florida did not give me my promotion. I reached out to Nico and he had it taken care of immediately. Customer service is something i strive in myself as a business owner and Nico truly went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.

I just received some of the most excellent customer service ever from Taylor and Graham at this Verizon location. I’ve been working on an issue with my bill for the last 3 or 4 months. I’ve been going around in circles for so long, it’s been very frustrating. I had a very unique situation. Graham gave me his cell phone number and has touched base with me on multiple occasions, since this required so many different attempts to fix. Finally today I went in to the store to have a new issue fixed that was caused by the prior issues. Taylor spent almost an hour with me calling the back office and making sure the issue got fixed and reflected in the system before I left. I’m so incredibly happy. 4 months of issues finally fixed. Thank you Graham and Taylor for taking the time to make this right. Verizon is lucky to have you.

Elyssa was super helpful in answering my questions after I broke my phone but couldn’t afford a new one. I stopped in to transfer stuff from my broken phone to one I got from a friend and she was straight up and didn’t waste time explaining what could or could not be be done. She also help get a plan on my watch and explained how to get it paired and set up properly. I hope she sees this I forgot about it yesterday.

I would recommend this store. Employee Taylor was great to work with! Some of the things I would like to acknowledge was his communication, him going above and beyond to ensure I knew all the details of any fees, promotions, billing questions, types of phones offered, services provided when being a Verizon customer. He is very patient, not pushy! He explained all the details and then let me take some time to think it over before I made the decision of switching from a different provider to Verizon. I was able to make an informed decision,without the pressure! Definitely recommend this store and employee Taylor.

I got a 15 IPhone Pro last Saturday. I was not planning on getting a phone, but I had a trade-in credit. Myself and my partner worked with Nico, he was kind and professional a huge shout out and thank you! As well as Mark who was able to help finish the transaction that afternoon and put the phone screen on! Nico was able to also help my partner switch their phone from a different provider even after it had died, and was not able to turn on. A week later we ended up having to go to a different Verizon store (as my pro was defected and I ended up trading for the Pro Max in white, Westerville didn’t have that phone today). Nico was able to get it touch with a store that had the phone I wanted and let them know we were on the way. The 1st gentleman Marquie was wonderful as well! He was able to start the transfer process with us before we had to leave for an appointment. It can be difficult to find people in sales who are truly helpful and have a good attitude. Both of these guys were awesome and we are truly thankful for them going above and beyond! I recommend if you need a phone please check out this Verizon store! 👏🏽

I had the best experience at this Verizon location because of a young man named Caleb! He is awesome! I was so stressed out trying to get my phone replaced on a budget. He informed me of a Motorola promotion. He helped me get all my pictures and contacts transferred over bcuz I could not remember which exact password I used to set up my phone originally. He was patient, knowledgeable about his job, and so helpful. Caleb is a huge asset to Verizon and any place he works at. It is rare to see this kind of work ethic anymore. Thank you Mr. Caleb!

Elyssa was the key to make our sons watch work. We attempted to do it via calling Verizon but they had no idea what they were doing. Elyssa knew all the steps to take to create a stand alone watch. She also knew how to work with business plans that we use. We highly recommend working with her and will go back for any other help needed.

Nico & Rachel helped me set up auto pay on my account today and they were very friendly and helpful. My auto pay is now set up and I do not have to come to the store anymore. I was also able to save $5 monthly by doing that! Thank you.

I switch to Verizon today,from boost mobile. They cut my service off after I paid a monthly fee to them. Nico went over two monthly pricing for me to fit my needs. Thank you for taking the time to break down everything and be friendly and nice in the process. Great service

SIM card went out on me. Nico helped me get a new phone. We were going to get a sim card but Verizon had a great promotion for my line. Great service in this location wish they had TVs to watch some buckeye football!

Elyssa great service we came in to get a new phone for my wife and left with two new phones on a new account. She was super helpful in transferring the information from the old phone to the new ones. She explained all the details on the account and how the process would work. I appreciate it.

I was having issues activating my Samsung S24 Ultra and Levi Rupp helped me out and got it activated. Levi was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Levi for getting your next phone!

I came in today because my phone would not charge. It showed that it would not charge it said it was liquid or debris in the charging port. The gentleman diagnosed that the would not be worth investing money into. I can't say enough of how well I was taken care of professionaly by Nico. The entire experience today made what I spent today worth every dollar. Thank you for being a great human.
