Had a really positive experience here today! I was greeted by 3 employees as I walked in. No one hounded over me which I really appreciated. An employee helped me find my shade I was looking for & the cashier was so kind & let me know about a promotion they were offering that I didn’t know about. Overall great & this is my new go to Sephora!!!

Had a wonderful experience today with Erin in the Englishtown NJ store. She was very patient, very helpful to me and educated me a bit in cosmetics.
She should be commended for her great service!

This is my go-to Sephora location! There is always someone greeting customers at the door and making you feel so welcomed! Not to mention, employees at this location go above and beyond to help their clientele with any questions or concerns. (:

Definitely an avid Sephora visitor and I love this new location! Everyone is super helpful and approachable with questions. I never feel like I’m bothering any of the advisors and they genuinely seem interested to help us navigate our needs. Erin/Eryn (not sure how to spell her name oops I’m horrible) is just SO sweet and friendly! She took ample time to find the right shade match for me in many different brands and give me advice on other beauty questions I had. This is my go-to Sephora ❤

Love the variety of skin care products. I use the Yuka app and find which ones are safe and without toxins. Thereare some great finds.

Service was great, we were asked if we needed help by pretty much everyone in there, which was nice!

First of all!! I love that there is a Sephora next to me this, this Sephora it’s a beautiful big friendly staff my go to person is Faiza . SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! I mean she knows her stuff. Every time I go there to buy one thing I always go to her and ask her what should I get what’s the new thing or what would be good for my skin and color wise and she always always always nails it. I stop going there for a while before I Met Faiza because I wasn’t getting the correct shade match kept on going back-and-forth even though the staff was friendly but sometimes they didn’t nail the color match or what will suit me. Since I started with Fiaza I have never returned a single item she recommended . Now that she is in my life rest in peace credit cards. She will never recommend something that doesn’t work or will not suit you or match your complexion. She leaves I will not know what to do. I’ll be lost without her. I have learned SO SO MUCH FROM HER!! How to apply makeup and using the right tools. Fiaza thank you so much for everything.

I have never had a negative experience here. I am also hesistant to shop in person because of my insecurities. But from the moment you walk in, you are greeted and treated so nicely. These women truly make me feel like they are my friends and truly want me to leave happy. They are so knowledgable about their products. They listen very carefully to what you want and offer many choices. They are honest and are not trying to just push sales and they help with your budget.
They truly care and want you to get what you came for. They have personal experience with alot of makeup and also knowledge of different skin and how that will affect makeup. For instance i have oily skin, so that makes a big difference. I just cpuldnt be more happier with the customer service, the products, the availability. I highly recommend shopping here.

Had a great experience here today! I did not feel watched or uncomfortable by the workers. When asked if I needed any assistance I politely declined and was able to shop the store without being bothered! The store was super clean and spacious! Very different from the freehold location!

Sephora is a very well established cosmetic store. They employ the best people in customer service and I have never experienced anything other than excellent service! The staff is very well informed of products and helpful.
Doug and Andrea are excellentt as well as the manager at the front register on my last trip. I do apologize for not remembering her name. I asked for samples of a product and they did not have , however she gave me others to try that were similar. I am so happy Sephora opened up closer to home and wish them well!

Best location I have ever been to!! Everyone is so helpful and sweet! Some other locations I’ve been to the associates can be snooty and condescending. Gina was super helpful with skin care advice too!
This will be my Sephora of choice for the future. Thanks!
