AT&T Store

It was a great experience. The only thing is, over the phone they told me that at the store they would get me the MAX app. And in the store they said I had to do it over the phone. I have been trying to get this for a year. I am extremely handicapped and can’t do it. At this point I don’t know where to begin or where to find it. When I look it up it tells me I have to pay for it. I need help, and no one will help me. Very frustrating!!!

Eli was fantastic. We spoke on the phone, recognized my voice when I met him. He handled my needs immdeately and professionally. Good store. I will take my business to the Dedham store

Colby and Josh were exceptional at the Dedham location. Can’t say enough great things about them. Really went above and beyond to help my daughter. Incredibly easy going and professional 🙌🙌

Dimitry was fantastic. He provided me with fantastic options, specials, etc. I am a first time iPhone user and he took the time to navigate through the phone with me and gave me a clear explanation as to how certain features worked on the phone. He was not going through his process too quickly and answered all my questions. Additionally, he made me feel that I could reach out to him at any particular time with any questions that I might have in the future. I will be highly recommending people to him in the future. I just want to mention that I was in the AT&T Store in Dedham, Massachusetts and the representative Dimitri is exceptional. He’s a credit to AT&T. He’s very patient understanding, generous in what he tells you and I just can’t express how helpful he was to me today. thank you for having these good people and his name is Dimitri and he really needs a lot of credit for what he does.

The two sales associates that helped me were great. I believe their names were Eli and Johan. They were both knowledgeable and efficient in getting my new service set up.

The staff here is AMAZING. My partner and I came here when she was screwed over by an AT&T rep at BJs. Johan and Nate worked so hard to fix everything that went wrong even without getting a commission. These guys truly care about their customer and went WAY above and beyond for us. We are truly satisfied customers and will be recommending them to all of our friends/family.

I worked with Josh and he was extremely helpful, patient and professional! When I couldn't retrieve data from my old damaged phone he recommended a place (uBreakiFix) that was able to help me! He also made sure I got the best deal on a new phone and accessories. I can't thank him enough!!

I just left AT&T I was with a gentleman named Dimitri he was wonderful I don’t know where you find these nice people but I appreciate everything he has done for me to help me work my new phone I had no idea what I was doing he was very kind very generous very patient thank you In Dedham Massachusetts I can’t say enough he was wonderful

I have a big concern cause in my adds-on have the wifi calling never have the need to use it but after I git disconnected I have been trying and totally brain explode, I need help

When i came into the store to trade in my phone i was assisted by Aimee. although i wasn’t able to trade it in i was able to receive the DirectTV Stream. She was amazing , she made sure she explained in depth about what it was , the cost , the different channels i could watch & also being able to watch these different shows/ movies up to 25 different streams. I love her and she is honestly the best person there.

At & t service is soo good mainly josh and aslo leo they are doing their best job to customers explaining everything clearly thank you for the service appreciate it

Aimèe was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and walked me through every single part of my bill and my account. She took her time breaking down the answer to every question I had. She did not make me feel rushed one bit. She was polite, respectful and caring to my son, my grandma and myself.
