Cute bookstore! Very welcoming and friendly folks working there. They carry local authors and artists, which I thought was excellent. It's a bit tough to move around in, but all the local bookstores are.

Definitely stop in. So many good finds.

Hands down the best bookstore in town. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they always have the newest releases. Plus, they carry the cutest trinkets, like bookmarks, hair accessories, and all sorts of things! Absolutely my favorite bookstore (and locally owned too)!

My first time in, and this place is really cool! Creaky wood floors, worn tile, and labyrinthine stacks organized by interest. And plenty of local/indie zines, or I’d print historical reference books, and sci-fi/gaming stuff. LGBTQ friendly.

If the name doesn’t encourage you to browse their selection on its own, the selection they have will keep you coming back! First time in, and will definitely be recommending and coming back for more!

Amazing space! Brian is so helpful and friendly and there is an amazing selection of eclectic books - I found treasures like a tarot deck and the artist’s way. Great spot! Will come back every time I visit.

This bookstore is very quaint with an amazing collection for many nature based stories and fiction. It also has a huge section for young adults and a great selection of local authors- which is so rare to see. Everyone should support this adorable little book shop!

Very cute bookstore! Lots of books and crannies filled with books. Exploring it is a delight. This is not a budget book store though, you’ll pay what the book is worth on more popular titles, but there are some great gems in the less popular titles! Spend some time looking around, the employees are very friendly and personable. There is also a nice table and comfortable chair for you to sit down and peruse a book you might be interested in. Support local bookstores!

I am so thrilled. My new home for finding my books. Really helpful friendly staff. They have many books faced out, which helps me find my new read. I love their funky interior layout. And coffee a half block away. I'll be back...often. Very grateful!

A cute and cozy older building just east of Old Colorado City by I-25, Westside Stories is very well stocked and organized, and has a particular flair for LGBTQ+ and women's issues content. We will definitely be regular customers.
