7-Eleven

I stop here every morning to get my cappuccino. I'm always greeted with a smile and a good morning from the man who works there. My favorite store!

I have nothing to say negative about this location. I live in the area and visit this 7/11 as well as my family multiple times daily. It doesn't matter who is working or what time they are the best group of people ever! You feel like family when you go in, and not just a number. They learn what you get and remember it and have it ready when they see you. This store has really made a huge turn around and the gentlemen that works overnight that just had knew surgery is my favorite! So glad he's back. You will never see him not working, he Is always doing something and it shows his work ethics 100%. I love them all they are excellent people and employees and the newest manager or assistant manager I believe really cares about the store and the customers. The employees you have now DONT CHANGE ANYTHING! We shop here because of them!

Redbox works great and is a reasonable price to see a movie- is there is a damaged or unworking disc or the wrong disc in a box - they take care of you over the phone without a big fuss like talking to the customer service person and not getting anywhere and then having to go to a manager they just fix it ASAP!

Friendly staff very helpfull.

I call all 7-elevens the Inconvenient convenience store lol. Although the prices aren't always reasonable the app makes up for it! Earning points on everyday purchases allows me to rack up points and redeem free items later! Staff are never rude but wouldn't say this is my favorite store to visit.

It's a 7-Eleven... What can you say sometimes I'll let you use the bathroom there and sometimes they won't very frequently you don't want to use the bathroom there unless it's your only option that I would go around the corner to the bar Liquor Store or somewhere else and ask... But they have convenience items at convenient times which is why they are called a convenience store...

The clerk was amazing fun and made the experience great.

The cashier what just on his phone and as I'm typing this review he is just on a call I just think this is very unprofessional. All in all it was an ok experience l.

Employees are alright, a couple are great. Its overly irritating tht the premade and grill food is old! I waste my money trying to snack on obvious stale, and old food. Are they just lazy? Or cheap? This needs to change, you will get someone sick. Get it together guys. Yes, this is a bad area, but why do they have to tolerate all the homeless and loiters hanging around for hours, right outside the door...

They refuse to answer their phones!!

On the night of June 26th 2016 between the timeframe of 5 and 5:30 p.m. the two clerks behind the counter working the night shift we're rude and very inconsiderate to others as well as insulting the customers jumping to accusations of everyone coming into that store from that location are associated to drug users, the male clerk referred to the customers as crackheads. The two customers before me confronted the clerk on his attitude. Said in a rude manner to the female customer as she was walking out I hope you get hit by a bus once you leave my store. When asked for drink carriers the accusation of crackheads coming into his store stealing everything all the time was brought up.

I personally feel that someone with that type of an attitude should no longer be employed by a customer service orientated business. I have been in the customer service industry on multiple different employment and have never seen that kind of attitude or demeanor Allowed by any employee.
