I was here today to get some prescriptions filled after an urgent care visit. The pharmacist (Jenny) was phenomenal!!!

I am a disabled veteran and Jenny spent what I guess to be over two hours on the phone trying to get my meds covered by the VA... She was able to successfully navigate the convoluted system, being bounced between numbers (call this number, no call this one) no one was helping her... FINALLY she tracked down a number and got someone on the phone to authorize payment for the meds I needed!!!

Her patience, diligence and determination was awe inspiring... This was Customer Service AT ITS BEST!!!

Had my Rx filled here. Elizabeth helped me. Was so friendly and went out of her way to help me with my emergency fill. I feel like you never get that kind of assistance at a pharmacy.

I am unbelievably appreciative of the service I received by this Walgreens pharmacy. Specifically with Jordan. I am in the medical field and I understand the challenges we face with short staffing and sometimes demanding and inflexible people. It can make some medical professionals unfriendly but that absolutely was not the case tonight. Jordan went above and beyond to help me even though she could easily turned me away. I did not realize you needed an appointment for vaccines and I waited until the last minute to get it, literally. It was entirely on me. But she said she would handle it and she did. Also, Alyssa gave me the shot and she did a great job, didn’t feel a thing.

I’ve honestly never had a better experience at any of the other pharmacies. It was late at night and close to the end of all of their shifts, yet they were all super friendly with great attitudes. Thank you so much!

I spoke with pharmacy tech, Brianna, and she was awesome. She was attentive to my requests and resolved my issues. Her positive attitude, and exceptional communication reassured me throughout this process. Brianna is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful!

Good Convinience Store, Went Here Today And There was a good stock of everything. Service was also really good. The cashier was nice and patient.

Tony at this location is amazing! We had problems with another tech here filling our prescriptions to the point where we were ready to permanently change pharmacies. Tony had things figured out and our prescriptions ready in 15 minutes. So appreciative of him. Give that man a raise, he deserves it!

I felt with all the bad reviews I'd share my positive experience. I showed up right at opening time and you could see this pharmacy is extremely busy. Yet the personnel working did their job and assisted people consistently in a pleasant manner clear and direct to ensure the process occurred as efficiently as possible. I think this pharmacy is heavily relied on and thus creating some time required to process your prescription. I was helped and not forgotten when I did need to wait. I appreciated their hard work.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for a year for my script and i have to say “extremely sarcastically” every time i enter this facility not only do i get a welcome in, i also see a smile on every employee’s face. I also want to say “extremely sarcastically” not once have they ever given me the wrong medication. Not once, well maybe five times. Never once though. Even with my doctor putting the exact medication name on the script and instructions not to give the generic brand, and the being told by the counter person there is a picture of the script kept in the system for them to see. And i would also like to add “extremely sarcastically” i love how i get a phone call reminder to refill that medication 3 days before I’m done with the bottle, to go have it filled and the person at the counter tells me it will take almost a week to fill. I truly love having that lapsed time in between. Psh, it’s just a medication i need to take, for the rest of my life. I applaud you for being the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to.

Best Walgreens experience I ever had. I called to get a prescription refilled and Amy went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. She made efforts to look up my prescription, fix my profile, call a different Walgreens to get some information, and called me back as promised. Excellent service overall.

Been a walgreens customer for over 35 years, at least 15 years at this location. I can't recall having issues getting what I needed. I have been advised to contact my Doctor if a prescription is expired or needs Doctors approval. Other than that my prescription are auto refill and they have everything correct and set up to even text reminders or voice-mail which always is helpful.
I know this with the demand on pharmacy employees with covid and addictions to opiates. and all kinds of other demands This is not a job I would want.

I am giving a five-star reading to a specific employee in the pharmacy Department. I was having troubles for months with my daughter's medication and her insurance. It was a weekend and he called her insurance made sure everything that approved and I was able to pay for medicine. His name is Eric.

I have been a patron of Walgreens for almost 20 years now and have never had a prescription error, ever. The staff is extremely busy and handles their job very professionally. I have always been treated with respect. They deserve recognition for their hard work and patience.

I wasn’t able to do a survey so I wanted to leave my feedback here. I visited this location this morning and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens location ever. I’m a Florida resident and a long time Walgreens customer. I was helped by Rhonda and she was amazing. Rhonda is the best employee and honestly should be running the company. She’s funny and helpful and a genius. Give this lady a raise!!

This pharmacy has always been very helpful. They even helped me receive a refund from them while I was waiting for an approval from workman’s comp. I had to pay to get the prescription but as soon as I had authorization from workman’s comp they refunded me my deductible and kept everything stored to make my visits simple and easy. Great job. I have used this pharmacy for over eight years and will continue.

Never had a problem with my prescriptions. when something does happen they are quick at fixing it. Great customer service. I do have a rare prescription that is usually out of stock and the staff is always helpful so that I get it when I need it.

Always a great place to shop! Quick and convenient too. If you don't have the app, download it. I also have my phone number registered with them for rewards. They have some really great deals there!! I've asked the pharmacist questions and been impressed with the helpfulness. Good parking and in a nice area. Thanks for always a pleasant experience!

Convenient location with short wait time on prescriptions. Have had no problem with them so far. They do seem a little backed up sometimes but the staff is extremely helpful and generous

I don’t understand the bad reviews. There was a big problem with my RX (CVS already billed my RX insurance even though they didn’t have it in stock) they were able to reach out to cvs & my RX insurance. Within 15 mins the lady called me back saying the issues was resolved & I got my prescriptions just fine. Wonderful and prompt customer service on their part.

Dropped off my 2 prescriptions and they were ready within the 20 min timeframe promised! The pharmacy staff were all very helpful and caring

The store contains many everyday use items, and the pharmacy can fill a prescription while you shop. The people are helpful and pleasant plus the is a wide selection of products to choose from.
