Can't say enough good things about the employees - everyone, from the young men working the floor and cash registers all the way up to the owner, were kind, patient, and helpful during my numerous trips to fix the world's most complicated toilet.

Best Ace I’ve ever been to. Large enough to have whatever you might need but small enough to get in and out quickly. A true hardware store (unlike some Aces, which mostly sell Yeti coolers and the like). Staff is always very attentive and helpful. Glad to have in the neighborhood.

I am greeted when I walk in the door. I am assisted throughout the store. I am thanked for shopping there when I leave.

Very helpful - talked me through buying a replacement part that cost under $5 rather than replacing the item. Was happily surprised at the wide range of items they carry. They’re very good about carrying items that are specific to the old houses in the neighborhood (for example they have window sash cord repair materials and items that require just a two prong outlet rather than a grounded outlet). They do carry propane tanks - you have to ask - they’re not on display outside.

EXCELLENT! My 1st time being in there. I was amazed at how well the store is organizied. I was free to move about. And saw many items that I need for future projects. I even signed up for their reward program.

The store was well lighted, clean, well organized and well stocked. Employees were friendly and available to assist. First time there, will definitely shop there again and I don't live close by. Oh yeah, good parking area as well. Use the lot off Avalon Road. Lot entrance SB Avalon just before Chagrin Blvd.

They don't make hardware stores like this anymore... I moved back into town after growing up here, so I was used to Shaker Hardware being at this location. I was THRILLED to find out that there's a new name, but nothing else has changed. The staff welcomes me every time I walk in, sometimes even remembering me by name! I get phenomenal service every single time I'm there. They are super helpful and nice. I've been conditioned these days by Home Depot and Lowes to expect to be treated like an inconvenience or an idiot by every employee, so walking into this hardware store is like paradise. I couldn't recommend more.

I’m new to the neighborhood and I always find the associates at this location friendly and knowledgeable. I had several screens repaired at this store and the service was performed quickly and at a reasonable price. Way better than the big box stores.

The people that work there are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I wish their prices were more competitive.
