Normally feel intimidated when I enter an auto parts store, but your employee Mr PJ was very helpful knowledgeable and didn't make me feel insecure.

Jesse was mopping when we came and I can tell he was moving with a purpose. He wasn’t just mopping like an average person. He ended up giving us some knowledgeable advice from his past experience. He needs to be promoted to manager and running a store asap. Always have great service from O’Reillys.

The employees here are friendly and quick to offer their assistance in locating items in the store or researching parts. Currently, they have an program you can sign up for in which they mail you a $5 coupon for every cumulative $100 you spend. I also return my used motor oil here. Every now and then, the employees are not real excited about helping me return it or they claim their container is full. To get around this, I bring the oil in containers I don't want back and offer to leave it in the back myself. This usually persuades them to take it.

The employees of this particular O’Reilly, Alma and her colleague, were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me with my car battery. Thank you!

These guys are the best. I won't go anywhere else. They've let me fix my car in the parking lot like five times and I've always been able to run in and get what I need if I don't have it.
