Kyle is the Man. Even though I stopped by about 20 minutes til closing, Kyle was super friendly and helpful. Helped me find Ratchet & Clank but also chatted with me about other good games that are new, coming out soon and some I wasn't familiar with. Super awesome dude that reinforces why I by games in-person rather than online

Been going here about 10 years now, and have some great things to say about it. Their inventory of goods has always been great, a wide variety of games and a big selection. The employees have always been very kind and helpful, especially the female employees. I have spoken to the manager too, and he seems like a very knowledgeable and helpful man. Definitely one of the best GameStops in Colorado.

I love this location! My fiance and I have being customers here for almost five years and we've never had a bad experience. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and are all really great, awesome people who take time to talk with you and offer recommendations. When we walk in they always recognize us, it makes you feel like it's a Mom and Pop game shop that you'd find in a small town. We also love going to midnight releases at this location, they're very organized and you never wait too long in line. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Every time I go in the staff is diligently working to help everyone and the store is all around very organized and cleanly! Bayleigh is always the sweetest in there and helps with anything you could possibly need. So ignore those 1 star reviewers that spew their nonsense and lies when they are clearly trying to use it to get what they want. Keep up the great work guys! :)

Not only was the staff super friendly, but they were helpful and on the ball too! I didn't see a game I wanted on the shelf, and before I got around to asking, they asked me if I needed anything first! Then after I asked, they went and fetched it right away. I felt pretty special 'cause they weren't taking their time either! They answered all of my questions like real people instead of sales people. It all added up to a great experience. I’ve came here for about 12 years now and they have always been awesome. Today, in my search for a ps5 pre-order (all of us know how that’s going), This GameStop was the only one to at least take down my number and keep me up to date on the next wave of orders. Super appreciate you guys, Allen was the guy who helped me. Thanks man, hope everyone who wants it gets their ps5!

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about a console purchase! I did not feel rushed into making a buy, and they were happy to answer all my questions. I've enjoyed return visits as well!

They didn't have what I was looking for but Haley (sorry if I misspelled it) didn't let that stop from her from checking places I didn't even think. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back, I would drive across town just to put sales at that store, she is awesome!!!

I have visited there a number of times and employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I never had any problems with this location. Everything that I was interested in was in stock and everything was displayed very good so anything was easy to find.

This was hands down the best experience we have had at Game Stop! The Acedemy location is seriously worth your time if you want excellence customer service and a great selection. Tyson and Hailey both were unbelivably kind and patient (I had a huge return), and we will definitely be coming back to bring our business to them. Thank you so much!!!

Great place to go for all your gaming needs. There is also this awesome guy that works most of the time that is super helpful and funny. He always talks to the kids and makes them feel like this is the best game stop to go to.

Always my favorite stop after work!. Great people and always stop by to get PS4 games that are fairly cheap! 10/10 would go back everyday!!

Ive always been a fan of Gamestop but today the employee who helped made my day. Ive been playing Breath of the Wild on Wii U and the disc wouldnt read any more. Rather than give me a hard time, Nathan took care to make sure I had a working copy of the game and a warranty to avoid issues after the 30 day new purchase guaranty. I should also mention I was worried as i didnt save the receipt but since all my purchases are made under my gamestop account it wasnt even an issue. This may be just normal course of business but not once did i feel like i did something wrong and they made sure to get me back to my gaming asap. Ive heard horror stories about Gamestop but have never experienced anything besides great service from them. Hopefully the company can stick around for a while as I do most of my game shopping here.

I rarely walk into gamestop for anything but JIM here has made my experience so awesome the first time last month and now have been back 3 more times always greeting me and goes above and beyond to help. Thanks JIM

Lots of use games, lots of funky merch. Friendly staff. Prices are about the same as anywhere else, although if you trade stuff in you can get a pretty good deal.

Allen the associate on north academy near chapel hills Mall was a glee word that bill and Ted would say in time of happiness.... excellent

This is the best gamestop store I drive clear across town to come here.Very good staff very helpful ,respectable,customer savvy .You guys rock thank you for your top notch service I give you an A+.I recommend this store with high regards because good customer service is very far and few these days .
