The UPS Store

I was so happy to find a UPS store open on Sunday!!! I stopped in yesterday afternoon and Will helped me with my shipment. She was super efficient and so very pleasant. Thanks, Will, I'll probably see you again!

We recently started going to this UPS Store. Wow the best one by far! Great customer service! The young men that work here are kind, respectful and happy to help customers. The first time I stopped by with a big box of packing pillows, they came out right away when they saw me get out of my car ad carried the box in. They are also ready to answer your questions. I utilize this location for Amazon returns. The process is always quick, and easy, and the staff is always courteous and eager to help. Unlike the others, UPS always supplies a receipt.

Great experience!! Everything arrived perfect!! We needed to ship family antiques across the country. A large picture with frame and a Gone with the Wind style globe lamp. Zoe paid so much care and attention to packing our items to be sure everything arrived perfect. We felt very comfortable from the moment Zoe told us how she would pack them. She treated them as if they were her own items. We have great confidence in Zoe and would highly recommend her. Great store and an even better employee!

This was the coolest UPS Store I've ever been to! Staff was incredibly motivated to help out customers! I was moving back in state and needed a P.O. Box to forward my mail to, I went to the Post Office and needed paperwork I didn't have on hand (car insurance, home loan, etc.) I just NEEDED a box! This UPS Store hooked me up with one so nonchalantly it was incredible! It may have costed my arm and leg, but staff is so friendly here! I highly recommend this location!

Josh and his team are AMAZING!!!! My family moved to the area in temporary housing for a few months and the team welcomed us with open arms. Very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help with our needs. I would highly recommend this store, top notch customer service!

This UPS office was one of the first places I came to when I moved here from California 6 months ago. The service and staff made a big impact to feeling ‘like everything was going to be ok!’
Zoe and the manager always seem to go above and beyond to acknowledge the customers and are genuine (I think it is they are just great people!!)

Excellent customer service! The manager Josh helped as handle a fraud situation. We were fraudulently dupped out of a $700 wedding dress. We reported the problem and the package was intercepted before being delivered. The manager Josh, went and above and beyond in making sure that the dress was intercepted prior to being delivered.

Amazing service! I walked in and the man helped me box my returns in less than a minute. No line, and I left confident my packages would get where they needed to go. Thank you, UPS!

In all the years of shipping UPS, nothing's been lost...until now. After a quick and pleasant call with Zoe at our Delmonico Store, the process to track it down began. Zoe continued to follow-up until the issue was resolved. Great place and people to do business with. Thank you!

Went yesterday afternoon to have some copies made from my flash drive. Joe was especially helpful over the phone with giving me accurate pricing information (unlike some other places I called) . He was pleasant in our interaction at the store and gave quick service. The copies were very good quality and the best price I found in the area. I was in and out in a jiffy in spite of there being quite a few customers who came in while I was there.
A plus to see a business with good service and pricing.

Rubin has always been so amazing. They are always helpful, courteous, as well as just really great people. If you ever want more than just a mailbox or have something shipped with true customer service, this is the place! We have been down there for 5 years and plan to stay at least another 5. Great job guys!

This store was slammed when we walked in to get some documents notarized. Zoe immediately recognized what we were there for and pulled us to the side to start the process since both registers were occupied. Very professional and upbeat staff, even when the line was 8 deep. 👍

We love the staff at this location. They are fast, friendly and always helpful. On several occasions Ruben has gone above and beyond to provide graphic design services. From business cards to flyers, and now, customized t-shirt concepts, owner Ruben is fantastic. When your project or event need eye catching visuals, start at the Rockrimmon UPS Store! It's like having a graphic designer in the family.

For the last ten years, I have had the great pleasure of partnering with the UPS store for all our shipping and mailbox needs. I don't know what we would have done without them. I highly recommend them to everyone I meet!

This is our local UPS store, and they conduct themselves like a neighborhood business wuth an eye to customer service. When I recently dropped off a UPS envelope without a label, they caught it immediately and raced out to my car to return the envelope to me before I could drive away. When I was involved with a charitable project that required shipping boxes of books to Romania, they helped figure out how to make the charitable funds stretch as far as possible and let me practically take over the store for an hour with stacks of books. They're great.

Living in this neighborhood, they've always been reliable, fast, and answered all my questions. It's their customer service and connection that counts. Whenever I go there, it's less than 5min. I'm out and back on the road.

(As for negative reviews, "life happens" like with anyone--punctuality, miscommunications, etc. where we can loosen up our princess/prince syndrome and work things out objectively, as we're not living like other 3rd world countries.. where I came from.)

One of best ever customer service interactions. I needed 20 pages of a PDF printed and then notarized. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and all good things. They (Zoie) was the best. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
