Kat the store manager was absolutely AMAZING! She helped my daughter explain what she needed what the products results should be and we were in and out in less than 5 min! She was so helpful and friendly! She needs a raise!!!

I ended up coming here with my sister after totally ruining my hair the night before Valentine’s Day with a box dye. The manager was so sweet. Immediately greeted us when we came in and made us feel welcomed asking if we needed any help. She explained in depth what went wrong when I did my hair before and what would best fix it. Wish I got her name, but will definitely be returning! My hair looks great :)

Helped me fix my hair color and walked me through the whole process answering all my questions, even suggested a treatment mask for my hair that worked so well to help with the damage. You have to be really good or really bad for me to take the time to do a review. These ladies had awesome customer service. The dye I purchased didn't take in my hair and they gave me recommendations on what to do next and just went above and beyond what I even expected. Thanks ladies great job!

Friendly staff, decent products. Only thing is I wish they matched online prices. I usually order online, but if I need color or polish or supplies right away- I go to Sally's.
