I just ran into the store 10 minutes before closing tonight. They had the 2 items I was looking for, exactly where they were supposed to be. At 5 minutes till, there was an announcement, “Please come to the front for fast and friendly checkout!” And, it so was!! There were 2 women and one gentleman at the front at registers, and they were some of the friendliest customer service people I have found in a while. So personable, nice, and friendly! I had to make sure to rave about my experience!

Bob , an employee made buying a kitchen appliance easy. I can't walk. He did the walking for me. Thank u. The service guys that installed the appliance were super great!!!

I start my story with my excuse. Lol. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant. This is my excuse.

I rushed into this Home Depot tonight with 10-15 minutes before closing to get paint for a basement project that my wife wants finished tomorrow. One associate offered to call someone over and they arrived very quickly! The two gentleman that helped me were fast, courteous, and helpful. They never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them.

I feel bad for going in so late, especially for a purchase that requires some service rather than just grabbing something off the shelf. Nonetheless, great experience!

There’s this lady who made me me feel at home in the garden section! I think her name was Patty. She was amazing and you best believe I will be going back. I need to see what her schedule is to make sure she’s there!!!

Just picked up a mini fridge from the HDepot on Hwy 29, Lilburn. I scheduled in-store pickup, but was unable to lift it.😰😰 The store associate, Freweini, had be pull up to the door and she lifted the fridge into the hatchback of my car. She was like Wonder Woman🤩💯 She had it inside my car in less than a minute. She had a great attitude and offered "exemplary" Customer service. LOVE this location; associates here are the BEST👍👍🔥🔥

Employee Ilsay, in the plumbing department, went well out of his way to help me locate some hard-to-find plumbing parts today, and he shared with me some very helpful advice about them.

I recently gave up on the competition (which is closer to my house) for lack of customer service and decided to go to this Home Depot location. This is now my GO TO spot for all home related products for one reason and one reason only.... CHARLIE. I wish I would have got his last name. I have never met a nicer, more competent, hard working customer service person. Since he first helped me I've had the pleasure of going into the store a couple of times when I didn't need help and watch him zip by running from customer to customer, and by the smiles on their faces, seemingly fulfilling all their requests. If he is not the highest paid person in the store.... he should be. He's the type of employee that comes along only once in a thousand hires.

My go to shop. Friendly staff and convenient opening hours.

Went to pickup an online order. The little lady with long black hair in customer service helped me. She's super sweet and happy. The older gentleman that helped grab my order was nice and silly as well. Overall my experience with the staff here is always superb!

Customer service associate Felipe who works in the plumbing department was very helpful to me in identifying and locating the parts (three separate items) that I needed for a DIY project at my house. Felipe is a plumber by trade and so he was able to offer to me valuable information from his many years of experience about which parts would work best as well as offering suggestions about how to properly do the project. Thanks for your expert assistance, Felipe!

What I love about Home Depot is that across the country I can always count on an associate engaging me. Whether it's to say hi or ask if I need help, I know that we're in this home improvement plan together. Today, an associate asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help. I said, that I was going to load about 15 strips of edging in my cart. He said, I'll help, and within a brief moment, we had filled the cart and he wished me a great day. I'm always thankful for great service.

Just needed some weedkiller and a sprayer to connect to my house. They had both and plenty in stock. Home Depot is always on top of their game. And if it matters to any readers, the employees are still wearing masks, but you don't have to.

Never anything bad to say about The Home Depot. Keep it up.
