Everyone at this location is always very quick and gets the job done! The gentleman who helped me today was named Koe and his customer service skills were so on point, even though things were pretty busy. Keep up the good work, Koe!

Wow these guys are great and they do some swift business! They got our kids passport photos done despite a Very stubborn toddler, two re-takes!
The entire time my kids was crying they were still helping people get their business taken care of. Really appreciate the patience.

The store at 6110 E. Colfax, your agent KOE is awesome! He knows exactly what I need provides the best service I’ve ever had and it’s always open and provide suggestions to help me have exactly what I need.

If anyone has any questions about the integrity and commitment to service regarding this store, please reach out to me directly and I’m happy to talk to you about the time that they fought corporate UPS for us and won to get a refund for UPS’ mistake. Six months it took them, on a $90 shipment. You won’t find better service anywhere else.

I have been to this store before, and service is always quick, friendly and makes my morning errands easier.

I decided to DIY my wedding invites and would not have been able to complete them if it weren't for Jonathan at this UPS store. They turned out more beautiful than i could have expected. I bought custom textured paper, and he helped me design templates while ensuring that everything printed ok on the textured paper and then had them laser cut at their other store and delivered back to me! This was the best customer service that I have ever received and has officially made me a loyal UPS customer. I will always return to this store if i ever need anything custom printed! Its so much better than ordering a template from Minted because you get to see test prints there and can truly customize your prints! Everyone on staff is super helpful as well but big props to Jonathan for going above and beyond to help me with my invites!

I love this UPS Store location. They are the best in the area in my opinion. I also appreciate that they are open on Sundays. All staff are hard-working and caring about the customer. I highly recommend them. They've helped me so much with all of my odd requests. Looking back, I realized I was a difficult customer one time which I regret but they managed it so well and were patient with me. Thank you!

Everyone here is so helpful and kind! Jonathan goes above and beyond with his design and printing skills. I would be lost without him! I'm always helped in a timely manner and have everything I need when I leave. Highly recommend giving this independently owned business a chance!!

I never leave reviews, but I had to leave a review for the fantastic experience I had at UPS and the amazing job that Darina and Schuyler did. I had an important document that I was told last minute at the end of the day that had to be notarized and sent out that following day. I searched and found a couple of mobile notaries which were a rip off, and I had called another UPS store closer to my work who informed me that their notary was gone for the day. I luckily called this UPS and was told that they had a notary. I got there about 15 mins prior to closing, and explained that situation. They told me that the last shipment typically leaves at 6 (15 mins before I arrived), but they could try and get everything done and it shipped out. Darina promptly started working on the notary while Schuyler completed the shipping portion. Within 5 mins, I had paid for, notarized and had my document placed on the UPS truck for delivery. The document got there the following day.

I was incredibly impressed with their care, their quickness, and everything. Great location and great staff especially Darina and Schuyler.

Weird to say but I feel like I always walk out of this UPS Store in a better mood and with a smile on my face. The staff here are so helpful, and in my case, patient, as I always am discombobulated going in there. Really great team and customer service. Thank you!

This UPS store has the BEST staff--Jonathan Pool spent over 20 minutes with me to make sure my specs for getting copies of these pictures came out perfectly. Jonathan had to put up with a mobility impaired lady who was in a lot of pain and cranky (me), even towards him as he helped me, but handled it all in the most professional and friendly manner. Five stars to the store for being clean and well managed, 5 stars to Jonathan for his assistance, 5 stars to his co-worker that day who handled the other incoming customers when I took up Jonathan's time. I will ALWAYS patronize this store. (Also, a shout out to :Jasmine P) who posted a one star review aimed at Jonathan--girl...if you look at ALL the reviews...everyone who mentioned Jonathan gave him thumbs up and 5 stars--if you gave him 1 star, maybe it was because YOU had a problem that day--maybe it was your attitude towards the store and staff--because these guys are beyond reproach. Your one star review stands out like a sore thumb--hmmm...

My review is long overdue for this UPS store. Everyone here is always so helpful and Koe is the absolute best! He is always happy, very professional and helpful! I go here several times a month for various reasons and have yet to have a bad experience. Plus it’s super convenient when I’m doing my grocery shopping.

I just want to give a BIG thank you to Skyler Pitt and his UPS Staff.
I needed to ship out almost 100 year old China. From Colorado to Michigan. And they did a great job in packing our China. As the receiver says "magnificent packing job". "OMG! I have never seen such a beautiful packing job in my life! And the China is lovely".

Jonathan at the store on Colfax between Kearney and Krameria could not have been more helpful. He took my order for copies over the phone and offered to bring them out to put on top of my car when I come to get them, since I have been quarantined for Covid. He made sure the front and back of the copies lined up. It’s been tough being quarantined for 4 days. Jonathan truly made my day!!! Great job!!!! Good old fashioned American service!

This UPS location is hands down the best in the area! Keone is always so helpful, as is all the staff. They help carry in heavy packages, offer to print labels and are always doing it with a smile. I go out of my way to use this location because of the great service!

The staff is always willing to go above and beyond when you have problems with your package. They added "FRAGILE" label stickers on a package and even went as far as trimming the box for a collectible I was shipping out to a customer
