AT&T Store

Great customer service in a nice clean store with lots of inventory. This store is in a nice area of town near Louisville, Kentucky. It is in an outdoor mall so there is plenty of free parking. The store is very easy to find using Google Maps. It is close to Interstate 265. There are plenty of dining options near by. Their staff were very helpful and friendly and had the necessary knowledge to assist their customers.

Theresa greeted me the second I walked through the door. She went over the different upgrade & trade in options and reviewed my plan. Very personable and a pleasure to work with!

Many people dread a visit to the phone store almost as much as the dentist. Today I had a great experience. Thanks to associates Robbie and Anastasia things were great. I had an unusual phone issue and they displayed determination and patience. I appreciate their insistence on resolving this unusual and complex issue!

Theresa was the best! She was courteous, well-informed, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I came to this location after getting rude, nearly abusive service at the Shelbyville Rd AT&T store. The Summit Place store was light years ahead in terms of skilled, courteous, helpful professional staff! They actually seemed pleased that I was there! Bravo to Theresa!

We were sent to the Paddock Shop store from another store that couldn’t help us. We walked in and Robbie greeted us immediately. He spent the next two hours correcting an extremely complicated issue involving numerous accounts, phones, etc. He called several stores to track down what we needed and when it was determined that the phone was nowhere to be found he made the alternative better than the first option. We could not believe he was only twenty because he had the business acumen of someone much older. He is a wonder asset to any business.
We went to lunch while our phones transferred and he called when it was complete. When we arrived (again) he had gone to lunch, but made certain that Teresa knew we were coming. When we entered Teresa was the only associate on the floor. She was absolutely wonderful. Despite customers coming in she swiftly directed them to the area they needed without becoming frazzled. She too was incredibly helpful and walked us through wiping out our old phones and explaining the process. When we had completed everything, she walked us to the door, held it open, and thanked us for our patronage. We were floored at the excellent service provided by every associate on a busy Saturday afternoon. This location is stellar and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

The associate there helped us so much with our new purchase! Had some complications about the ESIM on the old phone, so he recommended a new one. He was so nice and helpful along the way, and never dismissed us or brushed us off! Every time we have come here, it has always been a good experience! Also, the AT&T WiFi in our neighborhood is amazing!

This wasn't enjoyable experience as opposed to the other AT&t store on bardstown road. The staff at this AT&t were courteous helpful. The store was clean. It was just a whole different environment. They were professional and friendly and seem to genuinely to want to help you. Anyone who uses AT&t and need service or a phone or whatever you may want, I would recommend this AT&t location.

Theresa was amazing—patient and honest. She helped me figure out why my bill was so high and helped make it right! I will be back when I need a new phone. Honesty pays off!

Had an excellent experience at the AT&T store at the Paddock shops. Valery sold me a new iphone and ipad and was very helpful. Trent set up both my items and was excellent.

HANDS DOWN, this store provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received! "Andy", my customer service rep, was kind, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and to set me up with a new phone that met my needs. In my opinion, Andy is the epitome of professional! I've been an AT&T customer for 20+ yrs, and this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. It was quite simply the BEST customer experience I've ever encountered at any AT&T store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE and Andy as your sales rep! Bravo!

I was in the store on 05/08 to upgrade my phone and was assisted by two gentlemen (Andy and Travis) Both were incredibly helpful! They both took the time to answer all my questions and were very knowledgeable. You could tell they genuinely wanted to ensure I had a great experience and I DID!! It's because of this amazing experience that I came back today to upgrade another phone! Today, Tyler assisted me and he blew me away as well! Super knowledgeable and helpful! I just can NOT say enough wonderful things about him! This crew there is SOOOO INCREDIBLE! AT&T lucked up with these guys! And we will be back with more business! Thank you Andy, Travis, and Tyler for an unbelievable experience both visits! This is the customer service that's missing in our society!!! 20 out of 10!!!!!!

Andy did a fantastic job! He was friendly, informed & quick. If he had a question he asked his helpful manager. It was a terrific experience & I look forward to working with him in the future.
