World Market

Wonderful things to see and taste from around the world! (Not that most stores don’t carry items from global sources now). Particularly enjoy the seasonal and holiday products. They carry cooking, bath and furniture items. If you want to try some teas or candy there’s plenty to choose from. Great for anyone looking for a gift or party ideas!

Despite the rickety looking sign…the inside of this store was beautiful! Very well organized! If you’re looking for your favorite drinks, snacks, spices, or quick foods from around the world…this is the place! I had so much fun traveling the world while in the store. They also have a beautiful selection of dishes, and other housewares. Plus outdoor and indoor furniture. As well as candles, bath items and even stationary! Highly recommend visiting World Market!!

Love world Market. Get my coffee syrups there. They have Toriani at 9 bucks for a huge liter bottle and they have tons of flavors. They have flavors for shaved ice like raspberry and peach and they also come with sugar free options. love the Carmel flavor for my coffee.

We wanted to do a little after Christmas shopping. We enjoyed browsing . Nice store.

Clean, organized, and the staff are very helpful. We found the perfect desk here for our son's room. 😊😊

I love this store! It has such an amazing variety of items. Furniture, kitchen items, office stuff, candy and coffees from all over the world. I was missing some of my favorite Australian goodies and found them here, so excited!! We purchased so much candy that we used to have as kids and just a variety of other things you can't normally get locally.

Stopped by to pick up a candle that was on sale! An associate located it right away-so helpful! Strolled through the food section and found several goodies that came home with me. Well stocked and clean store.

My first shopping experience there. I had fun and was impressed with all they had to offer. I will go back.

Located in South Lawrence, the World Market offers a wide selection furniture, cooking utensils, artwork, baskets, and international foods. Parking is ample with lots of spots when we visited. Staff was helpful and attentive. Superb shopping experience.

The variety in this store is amazing! There are so many fun kids toys, beautiful bath items, and blankets, furniture and towels. Where they really shine is the food section! It's great fun looking through the international foods and seeing treats from other areas of the world! There are also many fun kitchen items, we always love looking around!

One of my favorite stores to browse and add items to my wish list. I do appreciate that their food and tea items are cheaper than Brits. The staff is always friendly and I love that they have free coffee/tea samples.

A great place to find medium quality furniture and great knick knacks for kids. They have a decent rug selection and in the back you can find a great selection for lighting including lighting that hangs off the ceiling.

My favorite part is the food that's in the back that got a lot of interesting selections of things you'd normally can't find in most of the grocery stores we have here in the US. I am a big fan of these truffle chips that they sell I can't get enough of them in a lot of times come here just for those chips.

Still have an interesting selection of kitchen items but I tend to find most of them not very practical in my opinion but they do look nice.

Always. Stock up on Ritter Sport chocolate and World Market branded coffee beans which are excellent

I can always find unique gifts here. Decorating home is always easy from here. They also carry quite a few products from my home country and many countries. You can always find pretty, interesting, and tasty things here! It is a bit pricey but worth it.

Clearance isles and shelves made for more affordable gifting! There were really cute boho wraps and shawls too. And those imported Christmas cookies/chocolates. Super fun shop!

World Market can be pricey, but I enjoy shopping there. The Explorer program gives great discounts and they always have a unique rotating stock of seasonal items along with their quality year round selections.

We enjoy every visit, new items, items you cannot find in the average grocery store. The staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly, but not over bearing like many store clerk's.

I came in looking for some decorative throw pillows to spice up an old couch. Brittney saw that I was looking around and asked if I needed help. I asked her if she was good with colors and she said yes. I'm an artist so I can confidently say she has a good handle on color theory and texture contast skills...I just wanted a second (and a woman's) opinion. Brittney was extremely helpful and helped me out personally match different pillows together for about 35 minutes. I was very impressed with her knowledge and willingness to help.The selection at world market is always wonderful. I would highly recommend world market, especially the Lawrence, Kansas location as the staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and even seem happy or to have fun helping you decide what decor would work best for you.

Incredibly diverse products and goods (obviously), and the staff is super sweet and friendly. Love coming here.
