The customer service was superb, despite my inquiry being so close to closing time. Joselyn did not hesitate to make me feel 100% comfortable, despite my walking in so late. Give them a raise, they work hard to offer an inviting environment and they deserve it.

Jasmine was so great in helping us upgrading our phones. She helped us throughout the whole upgrade and went into very good detail of each phone bill cost.

I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine today. She got me in quick, she was respectful, helpful, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Prior to seeing her I went into 3 other tmobiles, and I didn’t have the best customer service, so it was great to be treated like a loyal customer/human!!

Joselyn is great! She stuck with us through a new account set up and transfer that was a little sticky. She never gave up and got us all done and even stayed late. thanks so much and great job!

I just had the best T-Mobile experience because of Austin, who was taking on WAY more than any one person should have to. I've never seen somebody be able to multi-task and keep a great attitude as much as him. It was pretty remarkable to watch him work. Thank you for taking care of us!

We have been going to this store for 3+ years now, best customer service! I have gone into this store in different occasions, and always leave satisfied. Jorge, one of the sales rep always assists us with our every need and want. He always gets us a great deal that we can’t walk away from and to top it off he is always great to work with. He always does what’s best for the customer by providing good customer service and meeting their need. I highly recommend that he trains everyone. 🙂

I don’t normally go into the store to pay my phone bill. I recently went in and Marianna made it a quick and easy experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns that I had about my bill. She Explained everything and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Did it all with a great attitude. I Was in and out in a flash with no problems or confusion about my bill. Thank you Marianna!

By far the best T Mobile location I've ever been to. Jesus and Raul were awesome, super helpful. First time we went into the store Jesus was all by himself, no other employees came in for their shift. Immediately customer starting flooding into the store and he handled the whole situation flawlessly, conversing with multiple customers and assisting one by one as quickly as possible. (We were super impressed by his ability to multitask like that with so many customers and no help). The guy is super professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Jesus should be promoted to store manager. He answered all of questions, helped me upgrade my phone, and all of the other customers left with a smile even though we had a bit of a wait. Truly a master of his craft. I had to return to the store with my husband for something separate and Raul was there with Jesus. They were both great and have excellent customer service skills. We will be back.

I struggled all afternoon trying to fix a problem with my phone and bill. I finally went to the store and Anna Marie and Daisy helped me, Anna Marie was able to look at my account and see exactly what the problem was and she printed it out and went over each item until I understood. Daisy worked diligently at setting up my new phone and making sure I had all my data transferred and the right items included. One of the fastest visits to T-Mobile and certainly one of the best. Thank you Anna Marie.

Amethyst the store manager was extremely helpful with my exchange. And super knowledgeable with all my needs for samsung note 10+. I bought three curve screen protector and she even went to put it on for me and my sister. This is exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Thank you Amethyst!! You made a happy customer of tmobile.

Amethyst single handedly saved my life. I lost my phone in the river and was HEART BROKEN I need my phone in order to work. I had to bike to the closest T-mobile because gas is expensive. Amethyst not only helped me get an affordable phone but helped me through this really hard time, hearing my hard life while setting me up for this plan. I am nothing but grateful.

Everyone working here is extremely helpful and pleasant. There is one in particular that is always wearing the pink T-mobile shirt. I don't think this guy is ever in a bad mood. They work as quickly as there slow system will let them, which is a t-mobile thing not a store thing.

Manager Israel was wonderful. My husband and I visited 3 T Mobil stores on Friday and he was the most thorough and respectful. He explained the differences between phones and how it would change our plan. It was nice walking into a store and not being shoved in the direction of the most expensive phone nor an Apple product. Only complaint was all the employees were on their phones texting, facebook...

Just wanting to say I recommend this place 100% I switched from sprint and Mariana especially made the process so easy and wonderful I would do it all over again. Easily the best place to have phone service! But I do have to say if it wasn’t for Mariana’s spectacular service I might have changed my mind that day! Great sales woman!

Amber was absolutely lovely, kind and bubbly, and we felt cared for. Three teenagers coming in did not affect her mood negatively, and we were treated like adults. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The Brighton store is great! Employees are very helpful & good at what they do! I dread going into the store to get a new phone cause it always takes for ever. Brighton store made it quick & easy!

The wife and I decided to make the jump from Straight Talk Mobile over to T-Mobile once they introduced the Binge On feature. Since we stream on our phones a LOT, with Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, Vudu, etc... it made a lot of sense to make the switch and not have to worry about data. My wife and I had been with Verizon prior, and their customer service was abysmal. Getting to a live person was a very long, frustrating process with VZW. T-Mobile's staff here at the store in Brighton, as well as their customer service at their call centers, are extremely helpful and polite, and genuinely care for their customers. Their customer service along with their Jump! On Demand plans are worth switching for just in themselves. We're glad we did! Thanks guys.
