I had a check engine light pop up on my dash on a sunday and thankfully saw that O'Reilly's was open. Stopped in and asked to see if they could check what the issue was and Trevor was more than happy to help. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was in detail and helped us reset it. Thankfully it was nothing big. He was very knowledgeable with what he was doing and does a great job of explaining the issue. I truly appreciate customer service.

Staff has always been very helpful with recommendations, warranty replacements, and jump starting at the store after the battery load test discharged my the remaining life out of my dying battery.

Family shops here all the time for car repair needs. Good service.

I would like to thank the gentleman behind the counter that gave me 2 cents and spared me getting back .98 cents back in change. He took it out of his own pocket & he didnt have to do that. I always shop at this location and have zero complaints. You guys are always good! Idk his name but was wearing a veterans hat. I'm only giving them a 5 star review because of the EXCELLENT service, kind treatment & fair practices of Chris! Every time I go in there, he treats me like I'm Adm important customer, even though it's only been for replacement wiper blades recently. The others are ok but often treat me like I'm an idiot! They really should strive to be more like Chris!

Chris! Love you man! From the oreillys in Big Lake, MN. Two hours from home I started having some real issues with my front driveshaft in my 6.4 and I swear that thing was about to blow right outta my truck. Of course I just took my toolbox out the night before so I have nothing to take the front driveshaft out. I stopped in right after they opened and Chris lended me everything I needed to get the job done at *NO CHARGE* felt bad I brought the tools back filthy but he said no problem started cleaning the toolset up and pointed me in the direction of the bathroom to wash my now BLACK hands. After finishing up, and purchasing some other needed things. I was on the road with no more issues and the driveshaft in the bed of my truck 😂. I was cleaned up and everything. Much appreciated when it’s 20° outside. Wish you well man! Thanks a ton!!!

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts yesterday to buy a bulb to replace my rear brake light that was out. Not only did they sell me the bulb, but they went above and beyond my expectations, and also replaced it for me. I am newly single, and mechanics is not something I am familiar with. I am truly grateful for the help I was given! Thank you!
