AT&T Store

These guys are the real deal, Walmart sent me away after selling me a phone and not setting it up. Amir and Allen transfered all my information for me and made me a happy customer. These guys deserve a raise !

Allen, the store manager, demonstrated calm in his work with us. There were numerous customers that yelled at him, storming in and out, irrationally, and he was able to help three customers at a time quite efficiently, while waiting for a store employee who had apparently clocked in to work to appear on the store floor. He was dealing with impossible characters and handled all of the people, including us, flawlessly. Allen is top notch.

Just got a new iPhone and switched from Verizon to AT&T.

The manager Allen, was super nice and very knowledgeable.

Let me add, the AT&T Reps that come to your home "Aren't worth SH T". Same for the "Posers" on the other end of AT&T's 800 number.

Very helpful, fixed my prepaid account and customer service couldn't. Guys name was Amir and manager is Allen.

"Kind, professional and attentive" are the folks at this store. Today, DJ helped me swap out a sim card. As with all my transactions here, DJ immediately greeted me, and ensured my phone needs were met. Thank you DJ and team!

Place is quick and easy. Straight to the point. I highly recommend this store.

Knowledgeable reps know both android & iPhones. Good at solving phone issues caused by 3rd party apps. Also store sells unique extras that can charge your phone & hold a favorite drink. Friendly staff too.

We were looking to switch from our previous carrier, Amir was very knowledgeable and patient. He did not rush us even though the store was busy. Overall we are very satisfied with our switch and new devices.

Austin and Alfonzo provided me with excellent service. They were able to answer any of my questions and help me and my family port over from Metro. Not only were they able to help me save money but also helped us get new phones. 10/10 customer service from the both of them for also making the port over easy

I worked with Jeff, Brandon and Jesse at the Rancho location yesterday. They were each very helpful in providing me with my options for upgrading my current iPhone to the newest version. They showed me the details of what my payments would be, and went out of their way to understand what MY needs were in a phone. They were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and informative. They provided excellent customer services and truly seemed to care about the customer and services they provide. If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Amir is an absolute doll, he was there by himself and took absolute care of everyone that walked in, myself included. Super knowledgeable guy, customer service is amazing. Last time I came in around a year ago the manager here was rude. I stopped coming, after meeting Amir I will definitely be back. Store is clean and organized. Thank you Amir !

Wish I could give 6 stars for my experience. Jeff, the manager, did such an excellent and professional job assisting me when my iPhone malfunctioned. He was very attentive and helpful and set me up with the best deal, totally going the extra mile. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their phones or to purchase a phone in the future.

Eric was very helpful, positive, and upbeat. His level of customer service was top notch. I watched as he interacted with ither customers as well, and he had a great rapport with each of them. He, and Jeff made the process of upgrading my phone easy and seamless.

Jeffrey was amazingly helpful! Not only did he personally handle my account and clarified all of my questions, but he added some entertainment value while I waited. Angela and Erik were super helpful and able to answer my questions about what would work best for my husband and I, and they went over all of our cellular and internet options. Overall it has been a very helpful and smooth process :)

My hubby wanted a new phone service. He decided to switch us to AT&T. He spoke with an AT&T employee by the name of Jesse at the Zinfandel and Sunrise store. This employee was awesome. It was 7:30 and they close at 8 pm. Jesse was super patient, didn't rush us, super knowledgeable and if he wasn't sure he called and found the answer. He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Jesse is an asset to the AT&T company and I will bring my return business to him. Thanks Jesse!

Eric was absolutely fabulous. He was able to help me with my email problems and having been broken into. I recommend coming into AT&T and asking for his help anytime. Great employee great guy. Very smart with everything computer and phone. Great perseverance.
