I've been to roughly a dozen different GameStop stores over the years, and the customer service has varied from arrogant and rude to professional and knowledgeable. That being said, our recent visit to this particular store on Madison in Murrieta was, dare I say, delightful, and I never say that. It's not often you walk into a store as a customer and genuinely feel as if the employees are happy and love their job and place of employment. Dealing with these two individuals was like was like hanging out with friends. They were so helpful and fun and knowledgeable. When we realized that they were out of stock of what we were looking for, they started calling other stores until they found a store that had what we wanted. Generally, I'm not one who enjoys shopping for anything, but this was a good shopping experience. From now on, this store will be my first stop when I'm looking for anything game related.

Adrian helped my bf and I last night for the release of Zelda & he was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience at his store. I will be coming here from now on.

Shame on GameStop for only staffing one customer service associate for such a huge launch! Adrian handled everything in an orderly and quick fashion. Thank you Adrian!

Kyle, Adrian and Amanda are VERY knowledgeable and pleasant, half of the reason to go to this GameStop is to see them! They give excellent suggestions, excellent advice, and talking with them feels natural, like talking with old friends. I love the selection in this location. If they dont have what I'm looking for they go out of their way to find it. Keep up the good work, guys!

Fast friendly service

Pretty good deals. Wish they had more staff when the lines get long on weekends. They try to speed things up. It only slows down when they got to deal with some stuck up idiot customer. Most of the people tht walk into the store dont have manners. The staff is really nice to deal with though even on the phone when I have a question. I've never had a problem.

I came in to trade in a bunch of controllers and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about different games. They Introduced me to new games I have not heard of that are similar to others that I have played! Can’t wait to try them out.

I came in to GameStop to get my daughter's nintendo switch fixed so that she could play her spyro game.tristan ended up helping us little did he know he was helping a special needs child he had all the patience in the world and made her day it wasn't a big deal to him or me but it was a huge deal to her. Thanks so much GameStop and tristan for everything that you guys do for people who play games and everything that it entails my autistic daughter was screaming out the door thank you so much it felt so good as a mom to have my daughter happy.

They have everything you'd want game and character related. My son lives going, we spend a lot of time browsing their full shelves.

One of Our favorite places to shop for Gaming needs . Customer Service is great and very helpful !! Will be going back for , all Our needs !! We are Members of there Power-Up and it's always worth it , saving , game stop magazines ect.
