The Finks in Forest, VA has AMAZING customer service and wealth of knowledge in the jewelry industry. I worked with Victoria on my engagement ring and it turned out perfectly. She was very thorough, patient, kind, and went above and beyond. An employee like Victoria is why Finks has such an amazing reputation!

We have been repeat customers of Fink’s Jewelers since last August. Each time, we have worked exclusively with Patty Mattingley. She has provided us with outstanding customer service and we thoroughly enjoy working with her. The store is conveniently located with a friendly, professional staff. Jewelry is well organized and arranged. A great store and outstanding service!!

For Valentine’s Day, I received the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen. Marc, my fiancé, chose the ring with the help of Patty Mattingley, who also, just yesterday, helped us choose the perfect wedding bands. I felt no pressure, just kindness and expertise from Patty. I cannot say enough good things about my experience: the people were helpful, the store is beautiful, the jewelry is exquisite and glancing the store, there is something for everyone and every occasion.
In addition, while I was there, I spoke with Michael Roback, Finks expert jeweler, who will fit my ring, alter a favorite bracelet to fit more comfortably, and he also devised a way to make a favorite necklace of mine wearable again!
I love Finks. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Many jewelers carry top brand designer jewelry. So it shouldn’t matter where you go to buy should it? Well it does. You’re making a higher end purchase so you want to be sure to get high end customer care with it. That’s why I’ve been buying from Finks for many years. Everyone there provides top rate customer service and in particular Craig Barnett. I first met Craig at the Finks Dulles location many years ago and continue to go through him today after he has returned to Lynchburg. Why? Because he treats me like a customer who trusts him with important purchases who can choose to shop anywhere even though he knows he has won my business and I won’t shop elsewhere. I’m just as important as the first time customer he’s hoping to help make a sale. Customer service is exemplary. And on top of all that he’s just a super easy going likable guy. No pressure and just happy to help. Nothing but 5 stars from me for Craig and Finks.

Craig was absolutely amazing! The staff was so helpful and efficient on time and quality. My family has gone to Finks for the last 3 generations of rings and I was so pleased with how amazing my experience was.

I always make Finks my destination for all my jewelry purchases. They are always friendly and very professional. The turn around time on repairs is very quick as well.

I had 2 bracelets repaired at Finks. The staff members were very courteous and attentive. When I picked up my bracelets, they cleaned several pieces of my jewelry and bagged them nicely.

I brought my ring in to be fixed from where it had been sized just two years ago by Finks. I was disappointed that it broke as I only wear it on weekends to church or special occasions. The manager insisted they fix it at no charge when they originally were going to charge me again.
I am very pleased that he chose to do that for me. Our family has purchased many jewelry items over the years from Finks and this is why we continue to go back. Great customer service! Thank you.

Victoria was great. Even though I was not making a very expensive purchase, I was treated like a V.I.P. my wife loved the earrings I gave for Christmas, and I loved the stellar customer service. Highly recommended!

After having little success online with finding a place that could custom make my ring, a friend of mine suggested seeing Patty at Finks. Patty took great care of me and was very accommodating with all of my requests. She even gave me great advice that helped make my end ring phenomenal! I brought in a custom design and my fiancé’s grandmother’s ring and they were able to use her diamond in my custom design to make it extra special!

Every design change I requested or inquired about was met with understanding and quality changes!

I wanted a new watch and Mr. Barnett helped me find a beautiful Longines with a white face. Each numeral is a tiny diamond. The face is surrounded with gold. The band is made of gold and silver. I love it!

We had a great time shopping at Fink’s we both enjoyed the experience and were able to get my ring resized that day as well! 🎉 Alsoooooo a fun fact about Fink’s! They have their ABC license and we didn’t know that until we were offered beer and of course other drinks. To be offered beer was a surprise, we were so took by the offer that we both looked at each other and knew we had to try it out but it’s not just any old beer you can buy at the store it’s Fink’s beer and it was pretty darn good too! Go get some jewelry and have a beer while you’re looking! 💍🍺

My husband took me shopping many times for an anniversary ring. We shopped in several cities and many different jewelry stores. We both knew what we wanted but had no luck finding the right ring.
My wedding band came from Finks and we only live a few miles from their store. I guess we thought we would find more if we looked further away or in bigger stores. I’m glad we finally stopped in to see Patti! She listened to what I explained and in less than a week she had found the perfect ring! It is exactly what I was looking for!! And even with all the personal attention and care, the prices at Finks are much better than anywhere else we shopped.

I am super impressed with Finks Jewelers! They went above and beyond when I needed it. My fiancé is in the military so we are on a time schedule and every other place was 3+ weeks at the shortest time. When I explained the situation to Finks they got it done in 5 days!! Super friendly and fast service. 100/10 would recommend.
