I met the new owner and he was super nice and helped me with an issue with my phone that I had bought from the previous owner. He didn't hesitate to help. His staff is awesome with an issue with my son's phone and the young lady was super helpful and fixed it. Let's give all our business to this location they deserve it. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO TO THE ONE ON ALTON GLOOR ! !!!

Cricket at the address 5015 Paredes Line Rd Ste C the young lady that was there around 7 o’clock is very rude super rude. She has no idea what she’s doing whatsoever and then gets an attitude with me because they messed up my mom’s bill. My mom has one line and she’s going to end up paying $120 so uncalled for because the other young lady that worked there messed up my mom’s bill. We try to go in to fix it and they have no idea what they’re doing. She was just staring at my mom’s text message like she didn’t know what she was doing so of course I got upset. I believe that these young ladies that work at this cricket need a lot more training with a manager on site, and I will be calling corporate. Because the way she handled the situation was very uncalled for very rude.

Very bad service, I went and spend 750 dllrs this afternoon and at evening had problems with my phone service went back to the store and this employee yamileth g was very rude and said she can’t help me at all, asked for a manager and she said there is no manager at that store

Over a week and they cannot fix my phone when they said they would get it fixed the next day!
