Wow, I was so impressed at what a beautiful grocery store this is! It's conveniently located in the French Valley Village Center with plenty of parking. The store is immaculately clean, brightly lit and well-stocked with fresh produce, meats, seafood and a great bakery section. They even have a cool Krispy Kreme kiosk! The deli and checkout clerks were both very pleasant.

Stater bros in French Valley is the absolute hands down best grocery store. I can’t believe how friendly all the staff are, they all greet you with a friendly smile and take time to ask if you found everything ok. That reminds me back in the old days when employees would take pride of their jobs. I don’t see that anymore so WAY TO GO!!! Excellent service and an organized clean store. I can’t go anywhere else. I appreciate every employee, they are all doing an absolute fantastic job !!

Stater Bros. Market TOP NOTCH PERIOD ! Prices overall are comparable to FoodsCo but if I could tell you the meat counter is full scale freshest of fresh meat, fruit and veggies, oh covers most cultures AND the employees are happy! Almost as if they have great pay and benefits! I will try and find one in the Bay area

This Stater Brothers Market gets 6 stars for customer service. In fact, most companies should video tape the employees at this store and use it for training on how to interact with customers. From the moment we entered the store until the time we departed every employee we came in contact with greeted us with a smile, asked how we were doing and if we needed help with anything. Wow! Besides great customer service the store is well stocked, very clean and has a great selection of products that we tend to use. The location is in the French Valley and a bit of a drive for us but we are retired so what else do we have to do... The Temecula Staters Brothers is being remodeled and is a bit of a mess. We will drive the extra miles to this location, passing Albertsons and Vons to shop here. Easy 5 stars and as I said in the first sentence, 6 stars for customer service.

I just moved to the area about 3 weeks ago and this is the closest grocery store to my new home. Moved to Winchester from San Diego, very impressed with the selection at this place, plenty of parking and friendly staff.

The chicken is so good! Try Cleo & Leo chicken from the deli, best chicken you could ever eat, especially if you get it fresh!

I want to say if you need a cake! Staters Bakery did an awesome job making a "Wednesday" theme cake and cupcakes for my granddaughter 5th birthday party.

Wow! What an Amazing experience I just had at the Stater Bros on Benton road in Winchester, all of the registers had long lines and our cashier was so calm and thorough, yet fast and smiling! The staff is amazing! There was a day in which I went shopping and purchased over $100 in items. I COULD NOT find my debit card and the gentleman at the register offered to pay for my stuff and I could pay him later.
Another time, i locked my keys in the car. A young lady got on her cell phone and called AAA for me. Every department has employees who go on and beyond. I LOVE shopping there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm really here to recognize Marianne, an employee serving at the hot food/bakery. She went out of her way to help me with a smash cake for my baby's first birthday. She was so sweet and helpful. Her customer service totally made my day. On top of that she let me know they make the smash cakes for free! Thanks Stater Bros and Marianne ❤

This is my go 2 store. Deli is gr8 (fried chicken). And the butchers will do best to meet your needs. Overall no negatives!

I come here almost weekly for my shopping. Prices are pretty good. The new service of helping you unload your groceries for you is great service. Smart idea it helps me when I am by myself and back aches on that day. The box people are always ready to help with my groceries to the car. Great group of employees. Thanks

Fully stocked shelves, good prices, fresh produce selection

My go-to neighborhood market. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. As you'd expect, the produce and meat is fresh and always delicious. The service deli offers a wide range of items as well. It can get really busy, but still a great store overall.

This Stater Bros. is very convenient, because it's so close to my house! Close enough that I can walk, but this time I drove. I had to because I bought a watermelon, along with strawberries & blueberries. The fruit is excellent quality here! I took it to a potluck & everyone loved the watermelon. There was a lot of food & someone else brought strawberries, so I took most of the strawberry/blueberry mixture home. It stayed great for a few days till I could eat it all myself.

Both shopping at store or delivery, Stater beats all the other markets.
