AT&T Store

I'm sorry that I can't remember their name, but the associate that worked with us was very helpful.
Transferring from android to apple was going to be a pain no matter what, but the associate made sure that everything that could make the experience easier was done.

While I have mixed feelings about AT&T in general, this store has been consistently excellent in their knowledge, troubleshooting, and customer service. I suspect there is some good management involved in creating a culture of excellence. I have been there for help on my personal account as well a business account that I manage.

The service was excellent. Did not have to wait for a representative. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping us decide on new phone and provided us with information on getting watch repaired.

Ryan was absolutely awesome. I walked in the store and I was in a fowl mood because I'm having some financial problems right now. By the time I left I had a huge smile and felt so much better and even got a tip on a job that could help solve my financial issues and of course straightened out my phone bill. Thank you Ryan, you ROCK!!

Laurie was absolutely amazing! She was able to save us money on products and services. She took the time to get us everything we needed and no one else has ever done that for us any other time we've been in the same store. Best experience ever. Thank you Laurie!!

Rep at the att stores was very helpful made everything so smooth Am happy they should have more people like him. But before this experience a week before I had my daughter go Pick a SIM card and was turn away even do she had me on the phone and me telling the lady that help her I had a stroke she told me you need to come even do I told her I all ready talk to the att over the phone and they say yes she made me feel like a failure for not able to get up and go pick up a prepaid sim card so that is why I said they should have more people like the gentleman that help my daughter yesterday I don’t know your name sr but thank you 🙏🏼

Had some issues working to get new phones, Brendan (Store Manager) worked very hard - even spending an hour on the phone with corporate - to get us what we needed. Appreciate him tremendously and will be sure to come to this Sherman AT&T for my future needs.

Michael Howard did a phenomenal job . _I had dropped my phone and the home button had stopped working. He immediately knew what to do to resolve the issue. I’ve been going to that store for years and he has “ always an Ultimate Professional. Great Customer Service, Courteous, Kind and extremely knowledgeable.

We had a great experience at the Sherman, Texas location. The service team assisted us better than other locations we have visited in the past. We are very grateful.

Employee was very nice and helpful all and all it was a great experience and it all happened really fast. We were in and out with in thirty minutes

Danny was extremely helpful and provided me multiple options for my situation and I was able to get a new phone for almost nothing out of pocket. I highly recommend asking for him next time you stop by!

My best experience in an ATT store. Greeted at the door, helped before I could sit down to wait. My rep was on top of it. She answered all my questions in an easy way for me to understand, and helped me with my options to decide what I needed.

Went to this location today and had a great experience with Tyler. He's super smart and attentive. The only issue was that he was helping another lady at the same time, so I felt like his attention was divided. I'll assume of all of the employees, he was the only one who could help this one customer with her special issues. Store was nice and I loved it overall. But, if someone has an appointment, do your best to focus on that one person.

Dan Hill did a fantastic job of fixing a big problem with me downloading from my old phone to the iPhone I5+.

Oh my gosh they were fantastic. They are the person they help you. I cannot remember his name but he was fantastic. Help me with everything. I love AT&T.
