The two reps were very helpful in assisting with a new phone and switching me over from Verizon

Great customer service with Sherman and Andrew! We ran into a few glitches and they were both very patient and kept problem solving until all of our needs were met. It could have been a frustrating experience but they actually made it fun! I highly recommend the AT&T store in Stoughton!

Silver helped us apply our discount code and pick out a new phone for a lien we were adding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service!
We will definitely return to this location for a future AT&T mobile phone and service needs.

I went in after having a horrible experience with the one on east wash. I called this store because I was so upset with how I was treated at the other store just to see where I could call to let them know. Silver Apologize for the way that I was treated multiple times even though it wasn’t his wrongdoing which I never got from the other store. Also asked me if the problem I had was resolved and told me if I came there he would be happy to help. All I know is based on the amazing customer experience I received there I will drive over 30 mins out of my way and go to this store every time. Thank you silver for going ABOVE and BEYOND for me.

Andrew was exceptional with regards to his customer service and assistance. He went above and beyond to help me. He is an amazing asset to ATT&T stores. I am not sure what he is paid, but I doubt it is enough for the service he provided. I highly recommend this store and Andrew as your representative. I will be going back for future upgrades and will refer anyone looing for a fair and honest cell phones sales experience.

This was the 4th AT&T store in the Madison-area I had to go to finally buy an iPhone. It seems AT&T Corporate stores don't value their customers who want to spend nearly a grand on a new phone and think it's acceptable to short staff their stores to the point there's either a 1-2 hour wait or they put a sign on the door saying they're "closed early" and not letting any customers in "due to staffing."

This isn't the case for this independently owned location. The wait was minimal. Andrew did an amazing job getting the iPhone and everything setup. He was also very friendly and personable. The experience here was great and I will now make the 20+ mile drive to Stoughton for my future AT&T needs. Keep up the great work!

Hunter was an absolute rockstar. I will never look back at Verizon with employees like this at AT&T. He took the time to not only do what we asked but review our contract and see that everything looked right with it (it wasn’t), saving us money. He went above and beyond.

Hunter went the extra mile to add my parents to my plan. He stayed 30 minutes past store close to complete to process and make sure everything was thoroughly explained. Great service at the Stoughton ATT!

Go go power rangers... and my new best friend was amazing and helping us find a new phone and they were in the middle of training Noob and they did a good job paying attention to us and train at the same time. Silver deserves a new car.. hahaha

Ron is just plain amazing he helped not only me but my elderly mother with her first smart phone and talked so she could understand without any of that industry jargon if you have AT&T go check out Ron here also the rest of the team is very friendly
