I am new to the area, and this has been my go-to UPS store due to its close proximity to my home. I am an avid Amazon shopper, so having this store so close by makes it super convenient to send back my returns. I have not experienced any of the unfortunate events that others have posted. I have, however, experienced nothing but friendly and courteous customer service from the employees that work there. I have to give them a shout-out for how calm and collect they ALL are even during super busy times. I must commend them for keeping a smile on their faces. So, thank you to the UPS store clerks at this particular location for being available and treating everyone as important! 🙏👍👏👏👏
I forgot to mention that this location is also open on Sundays when other locations are not. That is most appreciated for sure!!!

Always quick, they have most everything I need and the customer service is great. They don’t have a huge turn over rate so I usually get the same people I’ve been seeing for years! Makes things much easier, friendlier and I feel safe sending things.

Great customer service friendly and helpful staff. It’s does get busy due a Albertsons been next to the store along with a 7/11 gas station. A big parking lot. I highly recommend it.
