I bought both of my Mods here & I go every few weeks to get juice for my vape. They always have a bunch of different flavors to choose from, so if you get tired of your current one or are just in the mood for something different, they have you! They're always super nice & know what they're talking about. 5/5!

It was my first time just a couple days got a rechargeable pin was recommended the flavor by one of the guys that works there I loved it. The customer service was awesome I will definitely be coming back!!!

Seriously some of the best customer support in the county. I have never had a bad experience with the crew in Semmes. They know the products well, and share their knowledge well.

Great experience here! I'm new to vaping and had a lot of questions and spent probably an hour and a half trting flavors. The associate helping me, Jenny, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything. I left excited to try my new flavor and I will definitely be back! Customer service was excellent.

If they don’t have it they’ve got several other stores in the Mobile area that probably do and they’re happy to call and check before you go out of your way for nothing. Again, I travel for work and I’ve been vaping for years…remains the best stop for vape ANYTHING if you’re in the area

LOVE shopping here! Easily one of the biggest and best selections of e-juice brands & flavors, coupled with massive selection of mods, tanks, and accessories. Excellent customer service with a great environment. You could easily plop down on one of their plush couches and find yourself enthralled in some amazing conversation. Cloud 9 is everything a vape shop SHOULD BE.

Came here from outta town didnt bring my ecig with me had great service. Bought the wrong coils by mistake because i didnt have my ecig. Came back the next night to swap out for the right coils...again great service he swapped me out right away without asking any questions. Wasnt in the store no longer than 45 seconds. Ill be back if im ever back in alabama wont even try anywhere else!!

Bought my first vape today. The gentleman servicing me was very knowledgeable about my smok vape. Showed me everything I needed to know about my smok. That's why I gave the company a 5 star rating.

These guys hold nothing back when they set up shop. Hometown guys,knowledgeable staff and the latest and greatest gear. Several locations in mobile and the eastern shore.

Best vape shops in Mobile! The Hillcrest location, open 24/7, employs people who know just about everything there is to know about vaping. They'll replace your wraps and build your decks for free. Cloud 9 has a points system slowing you to save up for free merchandise ranging from bottle of juice to a lifetime warranty on mods. Of course, they have a wide range of juice flavors and a trading area so you can find a new adv if you need to. I just can't say enough good things about the Cloud 9 stores. I would recommend any of them.

Great place to visit. The staff is knowledgeable about the multitude of different vaping products. They have a wide variety of juice, mods and tanks.
