The Home Depot

This Home Depot has a much better selection than the N. Pointe Dr one. My husband has a nice Milwaukee collection fo our Custom Built-In Cabinet business and seeing how many more tools that are available here was awesome. It made our "quick trip" a lot longer, but when is going to Home Depot with him ever a quick trip? Or cheap?!!!! Lol.

There was also this lovely man who worked there who loved our dog that we brought in with us. He said "dogs are better customers than the actual customers, aren't they?!" Which I definitely agreed to! We had a nice chat and he gave our dog some treats....with permission of course.

Our dog loves coming here! He like to see everyone and smell all the dogs that have been there before him. And quite possibly because the floor is nice and cold, or he was just bored waiting for his dad to finish looking at tools too!

My husband and I were at Home Depot tonight to pick up a Ryobi hedge trimmer that we’d purchased on line. We also went with the intent to purchase patio furniture. An older gentleman had given us incorrect information but it didn’t make sense to us so we asked to speak to a supervisor. Dwight came and confirmed what we had thought and helped us. Very personable and friendly. He printed labels/ SKUs for us to take to the front desk where we went to ring up our purchase and was helped by Stephen. It took us a while to get through the process because one of the items we were purchasing was the only one left/display item. I don’t blame Stephen for the delay because I think it’s how their ordering system is designed but he was patient and a personable guy.
On a side note, my husband recently even purchased a gardenia plant from Home Depot online and it was delivered in perfect condition. It was perfectly boxed and protected and the soil was moist when it arrived. It was small (we expected that) but to our surprise it already had blooms on it and is thriving a little over two weeks later. We have consistently used Home Depot for everything from Washer/Dryer Sets (Samsung) to refrigerators (Samsung) to outdoor garden / plants when we purchased our new home in the area. We’ve never had a bad experience with Home Depot yet… from this store in particular and ordering online for in store pickup.

I was trying to place an order for specific tiles that my company requested me to do. Walked in and was directed to the flooring section, but I believe they were short staffed so asked around for help. Eventually was redirected to the Customer Service/Return Desk to place an order.

Dalton was there and he helped me get the order created, set up an account, and explained every step of the process in a friendly, kind, and patient manner. I was so grateful to him and after everything was complete he even wished me a Merry Christmas. Great customer service and I left with a very positive first experience with Home Depot!

We are staying in Durham for work and this is right across the street from the hotel, so very convenient. We had a very large order for Rosa to ring up and dealwith and she was fast, friendly, and courteous😃. There was a problem with the cash out process and her and Sheryl were super patient and kind. It took awhile to figure it out, and it was past the time for Rosa to clock out for her shift, bless her, she stayed until the end of the transaction to make sure everything was done for us. I wish I had taken a picture with all of us for this review😜. With the way stores are lacking employees and the lack of care that most employees have now, these 2 were a breath of fresh air of what it used to be like!! God Bless Rosa and Sheryl😇 keep up the great work you do for The Home Depot!!😊😃

Home Depot has really stepped it up. I actually think they could take the reins from Lowe's if they keep it up. They seem to stock so much more than Lowe's does. I am a customer that once hated homedepot. So they really had to impress me to make me change my mind.

I wanted decorative chain for a wall art installation I have in mind. We have a long wide hall & I need a place to hang my scarves,,, so cup hooks, 3' of sturdy decorative chain hanging from each, curtain rod w/finales about 6' off the ground, and Voila! Plus I'll have easy access to all my Beautiful scarves! And my beau likes it too! Win-Win!

My husband and I needed to order 2 sets of Wood 2-panel sliding doors for our townhome. The order was a complicated one, with many options to choose from. Kevin sat with us for a significant amount of time, determining our need and suggesting the various options. He was patient, knowledgeable about the products, and helpful as we determined what best met our needs. And he followed up with us in the week following, to be sure we had no further questions before placing our order. Thank you, Kevin.

I had an awesome experience shopping at this Home Depot! I bought a grille that needed to be taken apart to fit into my car and Dwight and Marcus were so helpful and considerate! They went above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

I was able to go in, get what I needed and check out quickly and efficiently. This has also been a decent place for me to rent tools.

Always best choice vs Lowes. Their app is real time inventory and I appreciate the in and out. Their staff is always asking if they can assist and ready to ask questions. They hands down have the competition beat on customer service and staff visibility. Large selection of plants and building materials as well.

My experience with this Home Depot location was extremely great Mr. Kevin at the windows and doors sale person was great he took good care of us from beginning to end. Picked up my patio door then there was little damage with the screen door that come with the patio slide door and Mr. Kevin was able to give us the new replacement screen door right away . If you are going to get your windows or doors for you house I highly recommend Mr. Kevin he will take good care of you. Thank you Kevin

Went in for a few plumbing parts. I found what I was looking for quickly and checked out.

The store was well stocked, well lit, and clean.

Easy to find what you need. Is clean, thanks you always being there what we need.

The only Home Depot that actually has a very organized plumbing department that I can find, I can come and get just about what I need. One of the departments employee is very good at keeping up with stock and cleaning.

Best service I've ever received at any HD. I drover over an hr to get my items.

Associate Lane was amazing and helped with all my needs and was very friendly and knowledgeable A+ without doubt

Just went here today for some plants and some stuff around the house. Most of the plants were very healthy. We were helped out a bunch by Clay at the front, she was super helpful and talked with us about other things I will come back in the future to try.

Even though I live far from this Home Depot, I always try to shop here! Within a minute of walking in, there's always an associate asking if you need assistance!!! Staff is always friendly and the shelves are always well stocked. Keep up the good work.

Great experience with the store. I walked in just before they were closing with an issue with an online order. Tito went out of his way to help remedy the situation and find a solution for me. I'm very thankful for his support and a great experience of the store.

We had to pick up a tool from tool rentals. The customer service was great!! If we need to rent again,that would be the place to go.They have all types of tools and a big variety!!
