The assistant manager Ace, in Verizon on Newport and Murrieta is AMAZING and a very good person! He helped me so much and out of 5 stars, he should be getting 6 stars! I think he's the best in that office and I will make sure people know about it. He done everything right on my new phone and help me out very very much so thank you and I think I'll give him another star while I'm here. so 7 STARS for his service. Thank you Ace!!

Adam was amazing. He took care of my 83 year old mother with such great care. She went from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 13. Adam insured all of her data was transferred and memories were safe and sound before she left the store. Thank you again Adam. -Ralph

Adam and Sebastian are amazing! I came in yesterday and both of them were busy with customers but did make sure to greet me when I came in. Unfortunately I ran out of time and had to leave before I could complete my purchase but Adam made sure to break down all of my options for what would best fit my phone plan. I left feeling prepared for when I returned the next day. Also when I came in I witnessed poor Sebastian having to deal with incredibly rude customers. Sebastian remained professional and patient. He helped them to the best of his ability however it was very clear by their racist remarks some people cannot be happy. Today when I came Sebastian was the one to help me with my purchase and he delivered me the same customer service he gave to those gross individuals yesterday which just shows his level of commitment to making a customer happy and professionalism no matter the customers behavior. I will only be going to this location for my phone purchases because I know Sebastian and Adam take care of their customers! Great job guys and thank you for all your help!

Ace helped me out with all my phone needs. I came in with a broken iPhone and he made my transition, into a new phone smooth and pleasant. He was helping out another person when I arrived and still was able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I appreciate his ability to multi task and his friendly demeanor. I love my new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This store is great. Dennis Brown went above and beyond to help me get my new iPhone working. There were several know. Issues with the iPhone 14 on its release day. Dennis is highly intelligent with the technical details and he knew exactly what to do. It took some time due to the need of updating my old phone but he made it work. He was also able to help other customers in the process. I was impressed by him and the other employees in the store and I will be making all of my phone purchases at this store from now on.

Adam was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable in products and services. He assisted with the purchase and set up of my new device despite having to work with my old cracked screen device, which made it almost impossible. He went above and beyond. Awesome service!

Excellent customer service Dennis was very attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My wife was in a few days prior and had the same outstanding customer experience with Ace. Day or night, this place ROCKS! Go anywhere else at your own risk. You were warned. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

My IPhone 8+ finally died. I came in to the store and Ace helped me get into the 13 Pro Max. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! He made the whole transition to a completely new phone a very pleasurable one for me! Many Thanks Ace!!!

This store is super clean and the employees are above and beyond helpful. Made my purchase easy and made sure I had all the promotions available to me. Tatenda took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had the best price. Able the manager made everything happen if it was out of stock he drove over 2 hours away to pickup product just so I can have in in time for Christmas. Best service I ever had. Thank you.

Employees at this store are so patient and helpful especially with the elderly. One of the best experiences I’ve had getting a new phone at a time I was really stressed out. I was in and out the door with a new phone within an hour!

I am absolutely amazed at the patience and kindness shown towards me by Miss Sandy. I was not the easiest to deal with or in the friendliest mood but that young lady turned my frown completely upside down. This review does not justify how much she has done for me and how satisfied I am with her service. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to let the manager know exactly how appreciative I am of Miss Sandy and her kindness and patience towards older folks and then I found out that she is the manager!
