If you're into knives (Benchmade/ZT), you owe it to yourself to check out Great Lakes Outpost. They always have the best selection of the newest models in stock. The staff is super cool and beyond knowledgeable. I can't recommend this place enough.

Had an incredible experience. Visited online where their website was very easy to navigate. Decided to go into their store in Grand Rapids. Store was very clean and associates were nice and helpful. Bought a ski and board set up from these guys. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future

I was looking for a kids bike seat to go on my bike and hoping to avoid Amazon-ing one and support a local business. I walked in here and found what I thought was a very limited selection. After talking to the clerk he checked their computer and they had 3 different ones in stock in their onsite warehouse. The sales associate was super helpful and very friendly. I'll be coming back here for sure!

Great customer service! We needed a bike repair and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and found other issues we didn’t know about. He had our bike fixed in less than a day and the price was extremely affordable. We will be using this shop for all future bike service.

One of the best ski shops I’ve been to in the Midwest! Super high quality equipment all throughout the store. Top notch skis, snowboards and mountain bikes too. Super great staff and amazing tech there for all your ski and snowboard mounting, tuning and waxing! Highly suggest checking this place out!

This store is amazing! I am an avid skier and lover of all things outdoors. I stopped in to check out the store for the first time and was greeted immediately. Very friendly staff. The selection is great! Many high end name brands. They had multiple sales as well so I left with some Prana and Fjall Raven clothing. Their ski and snowboard selection is robust! The largest in Michigan I’m told. The store is a family owned business and I love supporting small family businesses. I’m looking forward to their summer collection.

The store has massive amounts of inventory and carry pretty close to all of the snowboard gear you could want or need! Also, the tuning available here is awesome! Jon, the shop tech showed me the new tuning technology and it is top of the line and really amazing to see! The owner is also very nice and personable!
