Eric at the sign and printer area is amazing. I don’t go to staples often but the past two times that I went there Eric was great. He was as very attentive to my needs and is a Blessing in this world. For any of you office stationary needs I highly recommend this store.

Will Horn renewed my beliefs in the Plant City Staples this manager helped me as for years the previous managers did not I actually never wanted to go back in the store again, he saw my issues he understood my problems I had paid for an expensive printer I've been struggling with it for years he took the time to get it working for me now it works better than it ever did he didn't even charge me, every time I come in he greets me and I see him greeting other customers being genuine and caring and concerned as most people in this job start to hide from customers I can never see will doing that thank you will I hope you get promoted but then who would I ask for

The entire staff at this Staples rocks! Will is the guy to see if you have questions about their products, very knowledgeable

I had called to a different Staples location and inquired about color prints, looking for the best price. They were definitely busy and rushed and told me the self serve print was the most affordable option. But when I came into this staples location, I found it was actually almost 10 cents more per copy! And I had over 70 colored prints to make...

I promised my boss one price and was in a hurry to get the prints, so I explained the situation to Eric and he was SO helpful! He explained online is actually the most affordable way to get them. And he helped me in my pinch to get them printed at the right price, and waived the express fee. Thank you so much, Eric, for making me and my boss happy, and saving the day!

I am a local attorney in Plant City. I regularly use print services at Staples. They really came through for me today in a pinch. They got my job done immediately, perfect. I went to this location a while back - I thought I'd left a review then but I guess not. Anyway, I was trying to make a personalized gift for a friends wedding and my printer crapped out on me. It was late and I about to close when I went in with a USB drive, desperate for help getting what I needed printed so I could finish my project in time - the wedding was the next morning. Anyway, I was sure whoever was working in the printing department that night was going to hate me because it was time for them to go home, but I had the best experience there. The guy working (I wish I could remember his name. He was a younger, African American gentleman who was very clean cut and said that was his department - he was helping some other people with a huge personalized banner for a baby shower and I think he had a short name like Mike, etc) he was very patient, polite, friendly and didn't act as annoyed as I probably would have been in his position. He not only helped me print what I needed, he took time to make sure I was happy before I left. If I go back in and he's there, I will definitely update this review. That was more than a year ago and every time I need anything for my office now, I always go here first because that guy was so nice to me.

My experience with Staples (store #1069) is always an amazing experience. Both Riley and Jenn are not only knowledgeable but Customer friendly which makes a world of a difference when needing technical support. We need more of them in all Staple stores.

I was very pleased with Alexus Porter she is very professional and does an outstanding job to help me with my needs. She helped me to use all the equipment that made it is for me to get all the important documents copied and sent to the receiver. Alexus is very friendly and should hold a management position. as always, we had a wonderful experience with one of their knowledgeable friendly computer experts- named Justin. Sold us what we needed without adding in extras that we did not need. we are very happy with our purchase.

Needed a single copy and am confused by all the variety of self serve copiers. Gent at the counter took care of me, with a smile and without making me feel like an idiot, as so often happens. Was prepared to pay a couple of dollars but was still only dime. Best experience for me. Thank you.
