First time in the Hoover location. Went in yesterday evening and the employees were extremely helpful. They helped me find just what I needed and I will be returning to this location because of it!! Thanks, guys!

This is my home GS store for over 10 years. Allison the Mgr and team are by far the best crew for anything video game questions to help you make the best of your time shopping there. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to shop this location, always a positive experience. Cheers to Team Allison!

Andy helped us find our online order and was very nice despite us coming in 15 minutes until close. The store was very busy but he took his time helping us and was very polite.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Gamestop. I've never seen it (what I'd consider to be) crowded in this particular location, but that could just be the result of me subconsciously (or consciously) choosing to go when I don't think that it would be. Also been treated kindly and with respect. Upon my most recent visit, I had been gifted quite a few gift cards and wanted to have them merged into a single card. I was able to have this taken care of with no issue. Even having to scan barcodes from my cell phone one by one, this process was a breeze.

Again, no complaints about this Gamestop location.

It wasn't very crowded and the lady who worked the counter was very sweet to my children. She walked them through using their gift cards.

Very helpful staff who genuinely love gaming! If they're out of an item another location has, they're always happy to call and verify the item is in stock. I've had an employee offer to have an out-of-stock item shipped from an out-of-state location when able.

Shout out to Morgan. My son and I went to the Gamestop store on 280 early to get the new Smash Bros Bundle. Some guy cut in front of us and bought the last one - not very nice and I hope he told his mom he was leaving the basement. Anyway, we went to the one at Patton Creek, told Morgan our story and she found the game/bundle for us.

That is great customer service.

Long standing chain and last physical store around here, always a good selection and they place to go to save some money on older games and be frugal gaming like you should be. Good staff, clean and friendly

We are here so often the staff seem to know my son.... you don't find that everywhere. Staff are helpful and informative.... friendly and funny. Aside from that... ITS GAME STOP!

The customer service here is great. The staff really makes you feel welcome when you come into the store.

Great customer service and also great prices if you are buying a game console or game definitely purchase a preowbed console from here They test everything iut prior to selling and haoffer a great return/ warranty program plus you save hundreds of dollars vx buying brand new

Stopped in for a quick look and found a great sale on POP Figurines. Buy three get one free, I walked out with twenty. Christmas Shopping early.

This is probably my favorite GameStop to patron. The staff is friendly and the store is pretty sizeable. It's doesn't feel as cluttered as a lot of other stores I've been in.

Easy to find a bargain for my nephews. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me select age appropriate games.
