The guy checking me out named Luke (Summit Birmingham store) was extremely helpful and patient even as the store was extremely busy! He was kind and so helpful at getting my several returns processed. Awesome employee, even in the midst of the most chaotic store I have ever seen!

I’ve been super happy w the return policy here !the employees in Bham are all super nice ! They will ask if you need help etc . As soon as you’re in the door .
The prices are high of course but I have found the leggings fabric is so smooth and doesn’t move about during yoga . You do get what you pay for here .
The app is very easy to use and you can get absolute steals! I shop almost always online but have returned a lot here - never once been dissatisfied!

Just left the store buying a belt bag. I literally walked in 5 minutes before they closed no one rolled their eyes or rushed me at all. I was helped by Kaitlynn who was also working the register. Great store for all your athletic wear at the Summit. Nice place to spend 20 min while waiting for your table at Chuy’s next door. Made fun of a coworker for wearing these name brand clothes because the name does not sound very masculine but after visiting the store he is off the hook and I had to apologize.

Always an amazing experience! No one pushes you to buy anything. Anytime I’ve been trying something on there is someone to get me a different size if needed. Great location and great employees!

Lord, why do people flock to Lulu? I have no idea😂. It's always packed, lines are long especially on a Saturday. You can find some nice outfits that everyone and their mother/auntie and now father and son wear.

Hands down the best customer experience of my life! I came in with my girlfriend and my dog. The staff gladly welcomed all of us in and every single employee working that day were on top of their game. Staff was happy to answer any questions and looked for opportunities to help us in any way they could. The quality of the clothing from Lulu is only outdone by their hardworking, professional staff and great atmosphere.

Everyone knows that Lulu makes really high end stuff that's pretty pricy and (almost always) amazing fabric and details. I'm not going to address their products, just this location. I haven't been to other stores but yes, I wish the place was a little bigger and had more inventory so you wouldn't have to get so much online (ie, jackets, other things that may not always make sense to sell in Alabama). But it is what it is, the employees don't control that.
With a few exceptions, almost everyone that works at the store is enthusiastic, kind, and helpful; but to be honest, I don't know of a business that can boast that 100% of their employees are top notch on every single day. But what really sets this location aside is the manager. He is friendly EVERY single time I go in the store; he will bend over backward to help you, is completely engaged, and you can really tell that he wants every customer to have a great experience. I'd say I want him to get promoted up the ladder, but selfishly I want him to stay at the store. Managers in the service industry could take a lesson from this guy. Job well done amigo!

So I have been weight lifting/working/playing sports for 15 years now so I am constantly going through different brands of clothing and putting them to the test. Let me tell you how lululemon is worth every penny, super durable and light weight. This stuff is breathable and stretches in all the right places. By far the best fabric out there. Hands down my favorite place. I will say parking here and stock can be rough depending on time and day

I went on a busy Saturday afternoon after Christmas. Despite being busy, one of the workers helped me find what I was looking for (I wanted matching sports bras and leggings). She took the time to help me find the right size, bringing items to my dressing room for me. Thank you Lulu — I love my new items!

Well, I did it. I finally caved and walked into a Lululemon. Let me tell you, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at this store! The staff were all upbeat, friendly, and eager to help me.

Since the items are so expensive at Lululemon, I’ve held off buying a pair of leggings for a while even though I workout ~5x a week. When I went into the store I was immediately greeted & an associate patiently went over all of the differences between styles, recommended sizes, checked inventory for colors, and ultimately took care of me as a customer very well. I’d shop here again in a heartbeat and just became a lifelong Lulu customer!

I hesitated for a very long time to purchase my first Lulu product because it is extremely expensive when compared to competitors like fabletics. I own both fabletics products and Lulu and can confidently say that the Lulu product line is worth investing in. That's exactly what you do when you buy their product. You make an investment purchase. With Lulu you can feel the quality immediately. It shows in how versatile many of their products are. I wear my Lulu pants to a wide range of occasions and always feel comfortable and confident. I practice acrobatics and performing arts which can be done at any location, and often find myself in daily life situations where some fun improv acrobatics comes along. With Lulu pants I can easily go right from being a civilian to acrobat. I've also found their pants to be comfortable to use for aerial silks practice as they are elastic enough to achieve a split and practice drops without worrying about them ripping. On that note, I'm never concerned about them ripping during practice since they are covered for life. If anything did happen to them, I know I can take them back to the store and replace them pain free. I'll continue to buy Lulu products and would recommend them to anyone with an active lifestyle.
