The associate was very helpful. I don’t know if I would’ve been a patient as she was because I had a ton of questions, and they help me find the perfect desk.

Leah and Kiki… ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I messed up an order and Leah was able to fix everything and get my order in less than 10 minutes.

Customer service like that? You just don’t see that very often these days. Both of their personalities, their kindness… everything about a simple act of helping a guest was exceptional.

Very happy with poster copies I had made here. Lovely staff st the desk and fresh color toner in the copier. OfficeMax stores vary widely but this one is great.

Good customer service but didn't find the product I needed

Even though I arrived 10 minutes an associate stopped what they were doing and assisted me with my ink problem because I could not find the bundle that was on the website. Then they directed me to the manager who put the bundle together their self and charged me the bundle price instead of the individual cartridge prices. Nobody had a negative attitude either.

This Office Depot is worth the drive if you live in the area, and I've been to several other ODs in Birmingham. I use OD for all my printing needs for my small business, and THIS OD always has an associate who is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and available. Well worth my time.

Customer service was superb. Went in looking to replace a $15 thrift chair And Leia found m a great one that didn't break the bank. She didn't just let me walk out with the first one I found. She walked with me to the back of the store and found the perfect one.

At the register, the Associate took the initiative to check my reward points & asked if I would like to use them. Instead of paying $ 34.93 on a printer ink cartridge, I spent $ 11.08! I really appreciate the Associates at the Hoover Alabama store across from the Galleria. Always helpful!
