Edit post: That entire Verizon is rude. Lied. Multiple times. Will be switching to a different company. Selina is so amazing. Kind, caring, super knowledgeable. Detail oriented. All while being calm and efficient. I dropped a good 30 questions on her. She was thoughtful and methodical. Even wrote it all down for me; even pretty handwriting. She deserves a raise. I told her out the gate I was buying nothing in that moment. She gave some of the best customer service I have ever had. And I bought zero. Wish I could give her more than 5 starz. Real talk. Was so refreshing. I was going there for a quote and had planned on staying with the competitor. But because of how amazing this one employee is, I’m thinking about moving multiple phones and lines and lots of business. I know that doesn’t matter to most people as of late, but it matters to me, and it matters to that young lady that works there. The world could use more people like her. Someone should pass that on to her boss. :)

Huge shout out and thanks to Frank for helping me make a seamless interaction. I saved about 1600 dollars by tradeing in 2 old broken phones for brand new Samsung S24 series phones. Frank saved me money on my bill by going through my account and taking off features I had forgotten I used at one point but no longer use. Frank was working with another gentleman Tom who was pleasant to speak with. 10/10 will return to the North hampton store.

Paul, the representative we worked with, was knowledgable, attentive and caring. He listened to our needs and wants without useless attempts at pushing unwanted items. He followed up quickly and thoroughly with unfinished details. I highly recommend working with Paul.

I had Steve help me today, 8/2/23, he was knowledgeable, honest, great suit, and extremely helpful getting me what I needed with my circumstances. Well done all around on his part, flawless execution.

My daughters and I recently upgraded our iPhones with Mikey. He was courteous, helpful and efficient. We are pleased with our new phones and reduction in monthly payments. I appreciated that he did not try to pressure us and accommodated our scheduling needs for the transaction. Much improved experience from a few years ago.

Steve Burley was awesome! Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 25 years and this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Thanks Steve!!!

Frank explained my options clearly to me and I never once felt pressured. It was the first time ever that I felt relaxed while shopping for a new device! I will absolutely return to this store as long as Frank and his team are working here.

Jon was super helpful in helping me find a new phone that would suit my needs and also helping streamline the business I manage! Incredibly thankful for his effort and help in getting set up with this awesome new equipment!

I needed to upgrade two iPhones on our account and he assisted with those as well as a plan upgrade, and we saved money in the process. Mikey was accommodating, not pushy, and made this exchange extremely smooth and easy. Highly recommend working with him.

Tom S was so helpful! He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was extremely professional and the transaction was so easy. Tom made this whole process smooth and I really appreciated working with him!

John Ferdinand took the time to restore my Business Account because the PIN number was missing.
He phoned a Core representative and because of their efforts, I left the store with access to my account.
I am extremely satisfied with his service.

Frank is an excellent sales person and very personable and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me get a new phone, answer all of my questions, and stayed late to make sure that everything transferred over. Definitely recommending to my friends and family!

We had THE BEST customer service ever experienced today with Matt Sabanin dit Choiniere in the North Hampton store after nearly 2 years of fighting with customer service over a promotional credit we never received when purchasing our phones. Matt was not only friendly and personable but extremely knowledgeable and assertive. He took the time and attention to thoroughly dig into this issue and spent time on the phone with the call center until he could confirm it was corrected . After our many attempts with the phone reps and many months of frustration, Matt was able to resolve our situation and in a short amount of time, put our minds at ease and make up for our difficulties and disappointment with Verizon. I was so impressed with Matt and his excellent customer service that I am writing my first review ever of anything. Thank you Matt!

Matt was the best. He got me a new plan ,new phone, and watch. He was very attentive and did everything he could to help me. He was very nice and help me out. North Hampton Verizon is the best place to go. Customer service is a 10/10.

Josh was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new phone (and iPad). Frank helped too! They were both GREAT and I’ll be coming back for any future purchases or questions.

Josh is an excellent representative to talk to at Verizon! Informative, understood we were interested in certain deals and promotions, and discussed every option to get the best deal for me and each individual member of my 5+ person fam. I really appreciated the information and the friendly/personable service provided by Josh today.

Tom helped my mother and me change over from pre-paid wireless to my plan, to save money and get her a new phone. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Experiences like this are what keep me going back to Verizon year after year.

Frank made purchasing my new phone quick and easy. The rest of the staff (Sean and one other gentlemen) was friendly and helpful as well. I've already sent Frank's name to two friends who are looking to purchase new iphones :)
