Water was unnecessarily more expensive than Watermill Express. The water dispensing pipe was too far and water spilled. Would not recommend at all.

You can find what you need

Stripes will be stripes but this one especially since it sees high traffic would be expected to be clean and have working soda fountains. However, this store is always filthy, and half of the soda fountain has not worked for months. The fountain drinks that do work always taste terrible and are completely flat! This store needs to be closed, torn down, and rebuilt with the proper staff.

Worst customer service. Thursday i went in to the store trying to buy pick 3 tickets for Friday night. Stripes woman that been working at that location didn't know how to print them. The woman drives a black GMC. She had a coworker try to help me. I wanted pic 3 for Friday night. He told me he the machine couldn't do that. That's when I said you haven't been trained to do tbat. And I don't fault you. I fault your manager.He was very rude to me. I spend a lot of money at your store.

I am so disappointed with their curbside service. This is the third time that they don't check the machine or state that they didn't hear it to alert the kitchen of my order. My order is a large order because I'm providing breakfast for my coworkers (healthcare), so I was told to order through the app. The first time was a disaster, they started the order after I arrived at my pick up time and they took 45 min to fulfill the order. The second time I called right after I placed the order online so they can make sure to have it ready when I arrived; they took an additional 30 min after my arrival. Today I placed my order at 6:50am and was instructed they would be ready by 7:15am. Of course, through my experience I told myself that I will pick them up on my way to work. I arrive and I called the number listed on the curbside sign. No answer! I got down to ask for my order and the lady seemed surprised. She went to check the machine and then proceeded to blame the company and stating the machine isn't working properly. I am so livid! I guess the third time was not the charm... On top of that the tacos have been subpar lately. The tortilla is not fully cooked and they seem to be breaking apart when eating. Modern technology only works if the user is capable of using such technology. I'm never going to use this app or order from Stripes/Laredo Taco Company again.

I stop here to gas up and get breakfast a few mornings a week between 4 and 5 and they never have breakfast ready. I’m lucky if I’m able to get a taco of the first batch of eggs they make. The clerk frustratingly told me they should have everything ready by 4 and they simply don’t. Terrible service on the part of the restaurant.

The gas pumps are not maintained and cleaned. A specific pump had bird droppings on the machine and on the nozzle/hose and my hand got all the nasty stuff. I came to fill up 24 hours later and the pump was still nasty. I'll go fill up tomorrow and get a picture.

Understaffed and rude cashier throwing receipts due to lack of personnel.

La persona de camisa azul ( hoy 10/17/23) que atiende los tacos, tiene una pesima actitud .Sirve los tacos mal y siempre tiene su jeta . Tengo 1 año comprando tacos alli pero la verdad tendre que buscarme otro stripes . Las personas que no dan buen servico al cliente no los deberian de emplear
