AT&T Store

The AT&T location in Kernersville ALWAYS provides excellent customer service. This past Sunday was no different. We arrived there 30 minutes before closing, and they took us. They didn’t just give me what I wanted because I asked for it, they analyzed everything before rendering their recommendations. I’m happy with the overall experience. I recommend anyone who can visit Kerri and her team. They maintain the utmost professionalism and pay great attention to detail. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Carrie the store manager is phenomenal. She made our whole experience so easy and pleasant. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating. It was a lengthy time at the store to set everything up for our business with multiple devices and lines and through the entire process Carrie made us feel so welcome and prioritized. I can’t recommend this location enough. A great business helping other businesses. We will be recommending this store to everyone in the area.

After a bad experience at a different store, we looked online for another and found this one nearby. It had good reviews, so we tried it. What a difference! We were pleasantly greeted upon entry, had a short wait, and were then helped by the store manager. He was easily understandable, did our new phone activation, and made the whole experience quite pleasant. We have already returned once to set up another new phone and to change to a different plan more in tune with our needs.

Holden was great! Very patient and personable. He had us out the door with 3 new phones all switched over and ready to use in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and offered suggestions for features that fit our use.

Holden is amazing! He answered all of our questions and even helped make sure I did not lose any precious voicemails from my sweet mom who passed away. Even got me situated on certain apps that I had an issue with getting back in. Recommend him and AT&T to everyone!

We have all had bad experiences with Phone/Entertainment companies. However, at this AT&T store there are no bad experiences. Both Caleb and Karmen are super helpful and kind. Willing to take the extra step to help out their customers. We greatly appreciate them for all their hard work and going the extra step.

Awesome service while purchasing a new phone. Holden (store manager) was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Downloaded all my info from previous phone to new phone. Great customer service, and no waiting either. Totally great purchasing experience.

David was awesome! Took my Mom in for a new phone. He was so personable and treated her with kindness and respect that is to often forgotten these days. Highly recommend him if you are looking to upgrade or for a new plan.

To put it plainly this store is fantastic with customer service. Very pleasant employees. The manager Holden customized a plan to fit my needs. You don’t get that at all stores. I will definitely be doing more business with them when the time comes.

I always have such a wonderful experience with David at the Kernersville AT&T store. My mom and I go here every time we are ready to upgrade or have any issues with our phones. David is extremely patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for everything David!

I drove past 3 AT&T stores to go to this one due to the high reviews. I was not disappointed. Ryan was extremely helpful and worked with me through a lot of unusual technical issues with my account.

He was extremely approachable and was able to recommend various products without trying to forcefully up-sell more expensive ones. I'd gladly drive the extra distance again in the future.

No words can express how much I appreciated the great customer care I received at this store. Karmen, the manager made a very bad experience from another store, where they would not even talk to me about it, end so well. Everyone at this store was kind and caring. Karmen and his associates took the time to listen and took care of a very difficult situation. I would go back to this store without hesitation. Thank you so much!

These guys are great. Especially the one who helped me yesterday. He has the really long nice hair with glasses. Sorry I forgot his name. But he helped me get a new phone before work and helped me set up as much as possible before I had to leave for work. Thanks you’re the best.

I’m posting for my wife’s recent experience. “Wait time was at a minimum and completion of discussing new phone options, deciding on a phone and accessories and having my data transferred to the new phone took less than an hour! That was a real plus. Also, I did not feel pressured and I appreciated hearing my options for phones and payments between the available phones. When selecting a new phone, I prefer an in person experience, rather than online”

If today was a Monday, it would be a mullet! I did an over the phone order last week with customer service.. Received my order today finally and was not able to complete the activation process so I went to the store. The guys there were pretty busy so I looked around, the manager came in from lunch and low and behold we had a glitch! Thankfully he was super patient and tried several different outlets for me to get the correct information going for this entire process. We had a 3 hour round about with customer service and call center and computer help. Finally after 3 hours this man... This wonderful man was able to get my phone working without me having to send it back or without me giving up and going to another provider. Thank you Colby seriously the best customer care experience I’ve ever been involved in.

The service at the Kernersville NC AT&T store is great! The staff is very friendly. Alex advised us of special promotions that worked well for our family plan. He helped us understand the set up process & transfer our current settings to our new devices. If you need a little extra help understanding & setting up a new phone, go see Alex & AT&T.

Colby Gave us EXCELLENT customer service and made us very comfortable and excited about our new purchase. He also gave us very useful information, and we enjoyed ourselves. The whole staff that day gave us a very warm welcome.
