Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the owner of this location! Very wonderful selection of bird feed, squirrel feed, bird Feeder setups, garden ornaments, and more! Obviously prices are a bit more expensive than what you'd find online but it's well worth it to support this location and the wonderful staff that works here!

This sample of the chain is delightful. Every kind of seed and feeding station a bird lover could imagine. Plus greeting cards and some gift items. Prices are high but the seed is absolutely amazing. It attracts twice as many birds as big box store seed. The workers are friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about what attracts birds In your specific area.

I enjoy my birds every morning with my coffee. Wild Birds Unlimited is a great store if you enjoy watching birds. The staff are not just sales people, they are bird lovers. They are knowledgeable and friendly and they have so many cool things to keep my birds happy.

Fantastic store! Whether you're a beginner at feeding birds or been at it a long time, the have something for everyone! The staff is most knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Highly recommend for all your birding needs.

Anything you can think of for your backyard birding need, they have it. The owner and most staffs are knowledgable, courteous and always very accommodating. They understand that people come to shop for leisure hobby, and it is important to create a fun and relaxing experience. This is definitely a higher end store, most items are better quality than you would find at other general retailers, so be prepare to pay a premium for the quality and service there.

Very happy with my first experience here and plan to return. I stopped in just before closing time and Paul went above and beyond to assist me and make a recommendation for a feeder - something I'd never bought before. Less than a day after putting it up in the yard, I've already had house finches, American goldfinches, and cardinals - none of which I'd seen in the yard before. Thank you!

These people have all kinds of bird feeders and accessories plus a knowledge of birds. Great place!

helpful and courteous. Great sales, lots ideas for gifts and yard decor. Suggest a stop just to browse and check it out!!

If you enjoy birdwatching, you will LOVE this store. My husband & I went by last weekend & were given personal attention as we selected a birdfeeder for outside my office window. Highly recommend!

Love the place! Per COVID 19 was nice just hanging out to look around. Since COVID, I get it, they are doing a great job to keep us all safe.
All companies are being cautious to comply with NYS guidelines. I know this isn’t forever and look forward to staying for a little bit to ask our bird questions.

Definitely go here for excellent advice and knowledge about what to feed what kinds of bird food for which birds you want to visit and enjoy watching. Also learn about how to deter those birds you DO NOT WANT that are invasive species such starlings and their ilk. They that will aggressively devour the food other push away other birds you want to feed. Starlings and blackbirds dislike safflower seeds. We bought feeders that allow other birds such as gold finches, finches and sparrows, and woodpeckers and cardinals and blue jays etc. using other feeders that deter the starlings and blackbirds from feeding.
We really enjoy our daily good avian visitors to our home, and have been enjoying their company through the winters as sell as warmer months. During the early part of the COVID pandemic when we were in our homes, their visits lifted our morale, while we worked at home.

Great store with a knowledge and friendly staff. Loads of great items related to bird feeding AND many gifts for bird lovers (garden signs, doormats, cards, etc).

It's a wonderful store, loved everything. The salesman was very helpful and very nice. Great place to shop for a gift, I will definitely return.

Everyone in here is do helpful and knowledgeable and the membership is very useful for purchasing food every couple of weeks. Also, beautiful ornaments around the holidays.
